This is a small clean hotel in the center of the city very near to the train and bus stations, with excellent service and helpful staff a good value for money.

Very helpful staff. Printed off our online ticket purchases. Great location. Near the train station, but quiet. Good breakfast. Attractive breakfast room and covered balcony. Would stay again. Showers, as typical of Italy perhaps, were cosy. Could be a challenge for a large person.

I think the 3 stars rating for the hotel is too high - The money I paid is too much for such quality - I would not recommend it unless they adjust the room rate to match the quality and service

Excellent location. Walking distance toSanta maria Novella station and other tourist spots like Uffizi/Academia gallery, Duomo. Ac was not working properly. Bathrooms very small

The hotel location was close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel was close to Florence train station which meant that we could take our bags to the station and not worry about taxis. Continental breakfast was good and you could order a cappaccino or expresso. We loved the old fashioned lift as it reminded us of the old movies. The welcome we recieved on the first day was not great but the following 2 days the staff were very friendly and helpful and we did enjoy our visit to Florence.

Ubicación, desayuno, atención del staff. El hotel no era como se muestra en las fotos. El baño tenía una cortina de plastico q separaba el inodoro y la ducha del resto del baño, la ducha no tenía box y mucho menos tina, era solo el piso y una rejilla. Para ingresar es dificil, ya que hay un solo ascensor que comparten tres hoteles que están en el mismo edificio. Este se ubica en el 4to piso y se dificulta ingresar con equipaje. No se si había un problema en particular durante nuestra estadía pero en la habitación había un olor espantoso. No se iba con nada. Creemos que entraba por la ventana o por la ventilación, ya que la limpieza de la habitación era excelente. El precio es un poco elevado para lo que en verdad resulta el hotel.

In ottima posizione se si arriva in treno e buona la convenzione con un parcheggio se si vuole arrivare in auto (20 euro al giorno, vengono a prenderti l'auto e te la riportano quando li chiami). Struttura in generale vecchia e da ristrutturare, ruggine e muffa nel bagno. Non si capisce come possa avere 3 stelle, ne vale al massimo 2, pertanto il prezzo della stanza è eccessivo. L'hotel si trova al 4 piano, c'è un unico ascensore piccolissimo per salire al piano.

Staff molto cortese e pronto ad ogni esigenza. Colazione abbondante. Posizione ottima centrale. Camera pulita, spaziosa con grandi finestroni che davano sulla città. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del rapporto qualità-prezzo.
