Location was great. Couple of hotel front staff were good, breakfast was excellent. there were mosquitoes and the air conditioning was not great. |

The room was small but very well made up. Dark wood head board and the bed linen and curtains gave the room a good feel. Breakfast was great, many different things to choose from: cereals, croissants, cheese, ham, fruit, juices, tea & coffee. If you are unable to speak Italian it can be very tricky. The hotel reception desk was staffed by people who were only able to give use hand signals when we asked questions. They were very friendly but made certain things a little uncomfortable when they demanded things you had no idea about (like taking our room key when we left the hotel at night times). |

Very convenient location. Window isolation is excelent despite noise outside due to the traffic and train station it was surprisingly quiet inside. |

Location, friendliness of the staff Breakfast is not very well organized and a bit poor; most of the staff were very friendly and helpful - however there was an elder receptionist on the night we checked in who was very rude and impolite |

Das Personal war sehr höflich. Frühstückbuffet war ausgibieg. Das Hotel befand sich in Stadt nähe. Die Dusche war ziemlich eng. Und die Klimaanlage war am 2. Tag abgestellt, es war heiss. Ich konnte nicht gut schlafen. |
