amazing place.. you would never know it was there from the street.. in fact we walked past it a couple of times before we found it!.. lovely people, we dropped our bags here at 5:30am before going on a tour.. this was no trouble to them even though we weren't expected until that evening.
nothing to complain about
Good location, near everything. Safe, secure. Great for a stop over.
Upon arrival at 11 a twin single bed room was booked for my son & daughter. On checking in later he took us to a double bed room!! No rooms left so had to stay at another hotel on the same building. Manager said "these things happen" don't stay there!'
location near to train station is excellent,
electric plugs need to be replaced most of them faulty, had some difficulty charging my phone
location is very good
Good location good staff and low price I advise you to stay there and they let us to stay our bags till evening
The breakfast was good and it was very close to the train station
No AC, my room overlooked an interior courtyard so there wasn't much air circulation. It was a hot night.
Sight from terrace, little and private backyard for the room. Location near station. Kind staff.
Wifi only in reception. Room far and downstairs, if you stay here better to travel with a small baggage...
Location excellent, short walk from Frienze rail station. Wi Fi very good. Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast good.
The hotel could do with better decor and a lick of paint. Also it should be cleaner in the common areas like stairs , entrance and lift areas on the ground floor.
The location was perfect. Easy walk to the train station and to the different sights. Easy to find. Elevator was kind of small but worked. The allowed us to leave our luggage there both before we were allowed to check in and after we checked out for the afternoon.
Wifi was a little slow. Had to leave the key at the front office (just a personal preference of having the key to my room with me).
In the third flour
Very good location, close to the old town and to the railway station. Good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Very small shower
Everything was good, especially we liked the location.
We had to wait a half an hour after 2 p.m.because our room was not ready
Very good location, close to city center and also close to main railway station and buses. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good for the start of the day.
Shower cabin was very small and I'm not sure how people bigger than me are supposed to take a shower...
- breakfast - clean room and good facilities
- entrance to the hotel - small tv - somehow seemed a smaller room than the one i requested
very friendly and helpful receptionist and personnel in the breakfast area. Centrally located, yet room 144 very quiet. Near central railway station and hop-on/hop-off busses. Walking distance to main historical places.
The location is great. Close to all attractions and the train station. Not the fanciest place you've been to, but if you there for Florence and not for the hotel itself then should be no reason to look for something else.
Noise isolation. There is a good chance you'll hear your neighbours, but we were so tired after walking in the city for a whole day, it didn't bother us too much. Took us some time to find the exact place. Hotel sign on the street is pretty small.
Location is excellent, the staff are very friendly.
Good location. Close to train station.
Inflexible management. Contradicting messages and 'hiding behind management'. Short beds.
Clealiness, decent breakfast
thin walls and sometimes a lot of noise, matras was too soft.
The day staff was nice, night staff was horrible though. At the heart of Florence, very close to the train station and leather market. Lots of restaurants, convenient store and ice cream shops nearby.
Nigh staff was horrible. Room was shabby and dark. Cleanliness - it looks alight but me and my partner felt itchy (insect bites?) in bed lol VERY noisy - there was literally no noise isolation. can hear everything outside the corridor/ neighbour room
The hotel is very close to the train station, basically across the street and the historic city center sights are all within walking distance. The room was clean and ready for our early arrival. The value for money was very good.
The hotel's entrance is a little unusual, taking an elevator up from the street to the various hotels in the building. The rooms are functional but very plain.
The location is great, accessibility the same and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. What else do you need?
the location close to everything
