I liked the location (near Plaza San Marco), the hospitality and the room had a beautiful view. The Breackfast was delicious. |

Comfortable room with great bathroom facilities. Breakfast was more than the usual containing eggs and bacon as well as cappucino's. It was very central and aircon was great. Although on a busy road it was quiet enough at night |

Location was excellent and we were happy with the rate that we got from booking.com. The room was very large and was well appointed. Our room was supposedly air conditioned, but the air conditioning was completely useless and caused the room to smell. We were staying on the third floor and the area of the hotel that our room was located in did not have any airconditioning. Had the airconditioning been working satisfactorily, we would have been very happy with this hotel. The hotel also provided us with a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant, however the service in the restaurant was non-existent, so we would definitely not recommend eating there. |

Convenient location. There was insufficient information about the hotel. We didn't know the hotel consisted of 3 separate buildings. We were given a room right above a gondola location and turned out to be noisy. The desk staff was not well-informed. The one in our building told us there was no restaurant for the included breakfast, just a matter of ordering room service. |

well located, with a good restaurant. The curtains were not easy to separate for the windows to be opened, so that the room was quite stuffy at times for lack of circulation. |

Nous avons aimé cet hotel pour sa situation à proximité de San Marco, pour sa chambre propre et bien chauffée (au mois de novembre) avec vue sur le canal. Pour le restaurant la qualité et la variété des plats proposés ainsi que la gentillesse de son personnel. Chambre et salle de bains trop petites et pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles |

Gedrag baliepersoneel. Ontbreken internet.Ontbreken printer. Lange queu bij uitchecken.Weigering om extra personeel te waarschuwen voor de receptie. Aansmeren van dinner bonnen zonder dat er om gevraagd wordt.Te weinig liften.Labyrith achtige verdieping met onduidelijke verwijzingen naar nooduitgangen.Onbeschoft en brutaal personeel. |

Die zentrale Lage,da von dort fußläufig alle Stadtteile und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar waren.Außerdem war der Blick auf den Kanal und seine Aktivitäten sehr interessant. Der marode Zustand von Zimmern,Fluren,Entree und Restaurant.In dem zuerst angebotenen Zimmer schossen Wassermassen aus der Deckenlampe des Badezimmers , so dass wir die Benutzung ablehnten.Gott sei Dank war die Rezeption flexibel. |

運河沿いの部屋を予約。一番ながめのいい部屋（508）を用意してくれて毎日部屋からの景色を楽しめました- 。場所もサンマルコ広場近くで便利。水上タクシー乗り場があるので、重い荷物があるときには楽。 朝食が毎日一緒なのがちょっと飽きた。野菜が欲しかった。 |

La ubicación, es totalmente céntrico. Las vistas a un canal desde la ventana de la habitación. Al llegar te endosan a un botones para que te suba las maletas sin preguntarte si lo prefieres. La cama de matrimonio estaba formada por dos colchones individuales juntos, quedando un hueco en el medio que incomodaba a la hora de dormir. |

Удачное расположение (рядом с площадью Сан-Марко), хороший, просторный номер (с видом на канал), достойный завтрак, грамотный персонал. Оказалось невозможным самостоятельно отключить кондиционер в спальне, который работает на полную мощность и дует прямо на кровать. |
