The hotel restaurant was nice, and we were able to watch the World Cup game there. Also, the location was near St. Mark's Square, which was nice. The view from our room was also nice.

We stayed on the 5th floor. There was a HUGE leak (I have video of it) and water was spilling out of it by as large as buckets. Our room was initially fine and free of leaks, but at midnight, water started to come through our bathroom ceiling (I have pictures of that). We complained to the front desk in the morning, but they did nothing to rectify the situation. All in all, a terrible hotel experience.

Great breakfast. Good location and very comfortable bed.

The staff is very stand-offish. The barttender at night is suppose to help you pair your cicchetta with a good wine. Instead he just serves you whatever and not even ask if you like it beforehand. I ordered pinot grigio and he gave me chardonnay. The tables where dirty and sticky. I didn't want to get my tablet dirty so I asked if he could clean it. He was to busy cleaning his little bar so i cleaned the table myself. Very bitter old man. If he doesn't like his job, he should get a new one.

I liked the staff's help and concern.

No room internet access not so ever.No English channels if you are lucky enough only one show in English a day. Very old and used furniture. humidity smelling everywhere. celling was leaking in the hall way and they placed an old bucket underneath for two days until the day I left. location too far from the beach and port that I needed to drag the luggage and ask for directions.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing! They took care of our needs when it came to a special tour as well as finding us a babysitter at the last minute. Thanks for helping to make our trip so special!

The furnishings are a bit old and need to be replaced.

    Location is good.

We booked a triple room for two adults and two young kids. When we arrived, the receptionist said they will charge us for an extra bed. I said we have been to other hotels and no one has ever said this. He said they will give us a four bed room, but gave us a three bed room. The fourth bed never arrived. On check out I argued that we never got the fourth bed and refused to pay, on which they accepted the original payment. I can only say that these guys try to get whatever they can from people and however. I'd rate a poor for this hotel.

    The situation was very good.

No lift directly to our room so we had to climb the stairs with a wheelchair.

Location was great. Good breakfast. Landing for water taxi convenient.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Adjoining wine bar very expensive.

The location was great but that was about all that was good.

First of all it's was extremely over priced. The rooms were in need of a major makeover and the staff were rude and unhelpful. $700 Canadian dollars for two nights? Come on.

Perfect location with regards to Saint Marco Square with access to taxi directly from the hotel to gondola's & taxi'S. Good bar and helpful staff who seem to deal with allot of problems daily. The rooms are rustic and a bit dishevelled but to be expected but moor could be done to improve standards very simply.

Two single beds pushed together of different sizes, Over priced but that Venice, poorly maintained (toilet roll hanging out of holes in the wall), blood spatter on the wall in main room, poorly stocked mini bar, cleaners playing games on their playing games on their phones on the stairs waiting to clean rooms in the mornings, mattresses block stairs in the mornings.
