We loved the location of the hotel! It was great and so close to San Marco square. We had a canal view room which was beautiful. The building is old so don't expect any luxury. I had mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they were extremely thoughtful and had a Brie with fresh fruits waiting for us In the room with a wonderful card from the hotel. That made our day! Thanks

This hotel is only 2 streets behind San Marco square and very conveniently situated for sightseeing in Venice. The hotel is in a very busy street, but our room was overlooking a canal behind the hotel and was very quiet and peaceful, broken only by the cries of the gondoliers!

Excellent location! Minutes from the center of St. Marks Piazza and many great restaurants. The bed wasn't very comfortable - very old.

A pleasant stay with helpful staff. We chose it because my partner had stayed there before many years ago. Venice is sadly now notorious as an overpriced city, and this hotel is sadly no exception. The price by comaprison with other Italian cities, Rome included, but I am not able to compare with other Venetian hotels of compartable quality. I think at this price it is hardly necessary to insist on payment of the local city tax in cash rather than credit card: they should be able to meet the 5% maximum merchant fee on €4 per person per night from their profits!

Das Hotel hat eine spitzenmäßige Lage, in einer Seitenstraße beim Markusplatz. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Es war sehr sauber. Wichtig war auch es gab eine Heizung, die die Räume ausreichend aufwärmte. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, da wir das Zimmer sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten, und nur die Hälfte des regulären Preises bezahlt haben. Allerdings hätte ich zum regulären Preis dann auch mehr erwartet. Das Hotel hatte mal eine sehr gute hochwertige Ausstattung, allerdings ist diese inzwischen sehr abgewohnt. Zu dem Doppelzimmer gehörte ein sehr großes Bad mit Fenster. Duschen musste man sich in der Badewanne, allerdings gab es keine Duschabtrennung. Es gab nur einen deutschen Fernsehsender, der erst nach Rückfrage beim Service zu finden war. Bei der Minibar gab es keine Preisinformationen. Das Frühstück war "italienisch", viel Kuchen und süße Gebäckteile. Das was einem deutschen Frühstück am nächsten kam, waren Semmel und ein bißchen Wurst und Käse (kein Brot, kein Müsli)

Hotelul are o amplasare excelenta, chiar in spatele domului. Camerele sunt spatioase, micul dejun foarte bogat pentru Italia, personalul amabil, toate au facut din sejurul la acest hotel o adevarata placere. Mobilierul destul de vechi din camera.

Do banheiro reformado e novo. Das paredes rachadas no quarto,bda cortina estragada do quarto, do carpete no quarto, do cheiro de esgoto no hall do elevador, do cafe da manha pobre e com pessimo atendimento.

Bom hotel. Custo benefício razoável, pois encontra-se alguns melhores. O café da manhã é muito bom! Atendimento dos funcionários ok! Difícil localização, meio escondido em um dos becos, mesmo que próximo a praça São Marco.

Muy cerca de Plaza San Marcos. Antes de nuestra llegada el personal del hotel fue muy amable y me respondió mi correo para saber como llegar. Las instalaciones son muy viejas y el hotel se luce un poco descuidado. Durante la tarde y toda la noche el olor a desagüe dentro del baño es insoportable. El servicio de internet (que sólo esta en el lobby) es realmente pésimo.

Jó elhelyezkedés. Good location. Amiért többet nem szállnék meg itt: a személyzet vendégszeretetének, segítőkészségének, együttműködésének teljes hiánya. Továbbá a szobák nem túl tiszták. Staff is completely lack of hospitality, kindness and any other human nature. Also rooms are not so clean.
