Service and professionality.of its employees. Clean and silent rooms. Nice breakfast. Once there easy to go to the airport. To arrive is not easy marked. The same for people coming from outside to go to the airport.... We could arrive on time to airport thanks explanations from Hotel personnel. |

On the original booking I requested a twin room as opposed to a double, I also sent a separate email to the hotel. When we arrived we were given a double room, the 1 person on reception had no english and we had no italian, so we got stuck with the double. The hotel is clean but basic, (no ice) we choose it for its location to treviso airport. |

This hotel is a good option for an overnight stay either before going to the airport, or after arriving at the airport late at night. It takes about 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport, and costs about 15 Euros. |

la camera molto grande... credo sia l'unica però in quell'albergo cosi ampia... era la 49 .... non andava il riscaldamento !!!! c'era una jacuzzi in bagno ma non funzionava :/ |

Personnel très sympatique, beaucoup d'efforts pour communiquer. Contrairement à d'autres nous avons pris le parti d'y aller par nos propres moyens de l'aéroport de Treviso, nous avons rejoint la gare de Treviso (ligne 6), puis de la gare de Treviso le bus nous depose juste devant l'hotel (ligne 11). Il faut juste faire attention de ne pas se tromper de sens pour prendre le bus sinon pour 2 personnes ça nous a couté 4 Euros. |

La direction nous a tres bien accueilli, nous avons aimée le matin le dejeuner car il etait trés copieux et il y avait pas mal de choix.Bien sur nous somme allez plus tard car les groupes eux ils vont a 7 h30 et ils devalises tout le dejeuner .Le personnels est trés polie |

Das Personal war nett, Verständigung war in deutsch bzw. englisch (außer Nachtportier) möglich. Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber, nicht auf allerneuestem Stand, aber da wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren ok. Zimmer lag nach vorne zur Hauptstraße mit Ampel in der Nähe, daher nachts Schlafen nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern (Doppelfenster die den Lärm draußen halten) möglich, aber funktionierende Klimaanlage vorhanden. |
