Lage des Hotels.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse auch sehr gut.

Es ist sehr weit zum Zentrum und die nächste Metro ist 2km entfernt.

Die Lage ist "etwas problematisch", leider sind die Bus und U-Bahn Verbindungen schlecht, für ins Zentrum von Rom braucht man fast 1 Stunde

Clean modern facilities, free minibar (water & soft drinks), staff very helpfull, varied choice for breakfast, rooms cleaned daily, excellant facility will certainly stay again.

We were really surprised about the mini bar free drinks! That was a great surprise and it was very valuable for us. The maids kept replacing the drinks we took and it was refreshing to have always some cold drinks for free. Very clever initiative that is not very expensive for the hotel, but means a lot to the guest.

I needed to use the computer to download some pictures and there was no computer for guests to use. You could only access the front desk computer, only to print flight tickets and any emergency prints, but there was no computer for guest to use for any other uses such as Internet or downloading files. Breakfast time was really limited (only from 7.00 to 9.30), too early finish time for us and we missed breakfast. Breakfast should be at least until 10.30/11.00 am.

Cleanliness

Small room Poor breakfast and when im saying Poor i am being very polite Wifi yes but only the network, internet was not present Far far away from the city centre without any ways of reaching it by common ways of transportation... Well you could but în 2 hours or by spending 70 euro back and forth for the cab POOR POOR VALID FOR THE MONEY

I did not like the location of the hotel, as it is very far from Roma termini (the center) There are no shopping places or resturants around. So it is not good and not suitable for more than one night stay. The breakfast menu was the same every day for almost 9 days. The cappuccino was cold.

This was great value for money but it is not in a convenient location if you are staying for one night and have to get to, say Rome City centre or one of the airports and don't want the expense of a taxi. We had fun getting there by metro/bus and then a taxi as well!

In the central week of August the gym was closed due to some reforms: I came to know this the day after the check in. Instead of the gym some facilities were available outside the pool but not really adequate for working out. As one of the reason to choose the hotel was the possibility to access the gym I would have preferred to have this stated clearly at the time of the booking or at their website. In Italy it is not strange to find gyms closed during the central week of August but it would be preferrable the customer being informed cleary and in advance on it. Apart from that, a very nice stay.

The location is excellent if you want to avoid the crowds in the center of Rome. From the hotel it is easy to reach the Palasport metro station. You can park your car in an excellent underground parking there and take the metro that will bring you directly to the center of Rome. 1, 2 and 7 day travel cards on the metro are available for low prices. The hotel is next to a large sports complex where you can play tennis, swim or go to the (big, well equipped) fitness area. At about 2 kms from the hotel is a very large shopping mall, called euroma2 which is well maintained and offers also a big food court.

The hotel is a bit hard to find. The sign at the entry road is not very visible. It is "behind" the agip petrol station.. The staff at the breakfast area needs to be trained to just simply say "hello, good morning" to everyone who enters for breakfast, and also to spontaneously offer coffee or tea. Now they seem to be a little busy with themselves, although there were exceptions.

The location is perfect as I have things to do in the South area of Rome, airport is 20 minutes away and plus there's a pool and gym and free internet in the rooms. The hotel does perfectly satisfy my expectations.

- No option to have dinner there so the only choice is chinese restaurant which is good indeed

It have a simple straight forward feel and staff are helpful. It also has decent parking if you hired a car as well.

More English tv channels would be nice.

Free Internet from the room, free minibar (but do not expect alchol), good sport activities, good choices on breakfast.

The morning after I had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get the reception attention, to get the invoice, there was just one receptionist, insufficient to handle the morning checkout rush, hope they will fix this. It's difficult to find dining around, and Hotel does not have a restaurant.

New hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms.

Difficult to find being in a relative maze of roads in E.U.R. and the main sign is partially hidden behind a tree so hard to spot.

good green place, a lot of trees, perfect fresh air, modern rooms and furniture (glass and metall)

morning meal was too "healthy" - coffee without coffeen, light chees and salyami.... but meaby its would not be disadvantige for some sport people))

The leisure facilities are the public leisure centre across the road, there isn't a bar in the hotel you can only use the snack bar at the leisure centre.

Parcheggio molto piccolo rispetto alla capienza dell'albergo Colazione abbastanza assortita, ma aspettare 40 minuti per un capuccino!!! altri clienti si sono alzati, dopo un'attesa simile alla nostra, senza prendere il caffè
