All Time Relais & Sport Hotel  

Swimming Pool facilities and sporting centre was fabulous. Room and toilet was fantastic. We only stayed for one day in this hotel as it was closer to the airport during the last night of our Rome trip. The location suited us coz we were looking for a hotel closer to the airport. However this hotel will not be suitable for a person trying to see Rome as the hotel is TOO FAR FROM ROME CITY CENTRE & VATICAN. I will recommend this hotel for business traveller who seeks a closer hotel to airport and also to someone looking for a good indor pool. Free minibar in room was a nice idea! Certainly a 4 star hotel.

No internet signals in rooms. Breakfast had COLD boiled eggs and NO HOT BREAKFAST. Certainly a four star hotel. However there is more space for improvement in breakfast section.

Arriving at the hotel late night there was no room service, we could not order food or drinks. There is no shuttle bus to the airport and if you arrive late you are looking at around 45 – 50 Euros for 13 kms with a taxi unless you are Italian and know the bus routes. The toilette was broken and with continuous flow of water, and we could not sleep in the night of our arrival. They did not check the room before our arrival although we paid for the whole day. There is a bar nearby which is very nice with very polite staff. The hotel is very far from Rome centre if you use public transport, otherwise be prepared to pay a taxi 50 Euros for each single journey. You need to take the bus with number 778 or 708 for half our trip to the nearest metro station which is Palasport. There is a bus every half hour so if it is winter or autumn, be prepared to wear warm clothes or you will freeze. Then you need to take the metro for another 9 stops (another half hour) until the main train station in order to be able to visit the different points of interest. There are no supermarkets, decent restaurants in the area. The hotel offers poor breakfast nothing related with sports nutrition. There is no decent food or drinks after breakfast time. The gym is a public gym with many people using it, however you can use it without a fee. The equipment is old Technogym. When we asked a cable to use the Internet they gave us a cable 10 cm long. There is no wifi so you are stuck in using your laptop on the dressing table. Will never return back.

The room was very modern and comfortbale. The breakfast was good. The pool and fitness centre was very good. We were also happy to have free parking and internet. As long as you have a car this place is great. There is a very good Chinese reastaurant around the corner. (walking distance)

Nothing wrong with the hotel

I liked the cleanliness and the design in the hotel.

I didn't like : - the air conditionning that didn't work during 2 days - the remote control that didn't work properly - the breakfast : products of a poor quality (bread, ham, delicatessen, eggs overcooked, terrible coffee, etc...) - lack of space in the cupboard (and 6 hangers only) - swimming pool : it's not part of the hotel AND you have to wear a bathing cap!!!), not in use during the first 3 days of our stay.

Friendly staff. Clean and very nice rooms. Very good breakfast. Swimming pool was really useful in Rome in August. Hotel is not very close to city center, but bus stop is very close to hotel and we learned how to use public transportation very quickly.

The design of the hotel is exelent.The area is very quiet. The swimming pools make your stay pleasant and relaxing.The staff is extremely helpful for all guests. Breakfasts are very good, food- very delicious.

It's a pity there is no outside veranda for having a breakfast in summer time.

Quality bathroom. Decent breakfast with nice service; fresh espresso every morning.

Designer bathroom, however, shower cabin door do not protect from flooding the entire bathroom. Beds on wheels, moving around the room. No duvets, thin sheets only plus blankets if requested (repeatedly). Rooms small, no cupboard/wardrobe big enough to keep the clothes. Poor reception of wi-fi, new password needed every day.

Location: near to Fumicino airport. Modern yet very comfortable design. Quiet. Restaurants near by. Since we had to leave before breakfast time, hotel staff packed our breakfast very generously and we had it at the airport. It is a perfect hotel for touring Rome, yet resting well at night. It is also perfect for the night before taking off from Fumicino airport. The price is moderate considering the plentiful facilities and special design.
