Excellent location..close to everything yet on a quiet street. Secure Parking is availble just down the street, not even a 2 mins walk. The Staff was fabulous and very helpful. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great! There wasn't anything that we didn't like!

The perfect location! Close to the main street, but nestled down a quiet street. Staff: The staff was nice and helpful with all our needs. Breakfast: Perfect! They even had GLUTEN free items for me! They also make a great cappuccino. Rooms: Bright and clean. Great bathroom and water pressure with plenty of hot water. The duvet cover could have been a bit nicer, and little water leak in bathroom, but it was still wonderful!

Our stay in Lucca and this hotel was wonderful. The hotel location is ideal. Parking was great. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The bathroom was the very best in all of the hotels we stayed at in our three week tour of Tuscany and Umbria.

The hotel was fantastic and we both would give it 10 out of 10 for the value , position and ambience of the hotel in general.the staff were lovely too with a wonderful breakfast.my girlfriend and I both loved it..nothing to complain about at all and would definetly go back.

The hotel had a perfect location in a pretty and quiet street only yards from the main streets and sights of Lucca. The city walls are only a short walk in the other direction. This is a small hotel with limited facilities but its location and friendly atmosphere made it perfect for us. Room was comfortable, very clean and well equipped with some extra Italian style. Great breakfasts, helpful reception and generally good service. No negatives for us. Perhaps not what would be expected from a four star rating but we liked it.

Location great, staff friendly. Although the room itself was very comfortable, the lighting was terrible. It was actually difficult to see to read or even get dressed which we found irritating.

nice location in the middle of Lucca. Rooms nicely decorated and breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful too. only small issue is parking was 15euro.

A unique hotel – 10 distinctive rooms – in the heart of the walled city of Lucca. Our room was large (by European Standards), was decorated with frescoes and contained a very large modern bath with a huge Jacuzzi tub (and even a TV over the Jacuzzi). Even with a GPS and written directions, we had a hard time locating the hotel – partially because (from the outside) it looks like a private house and not a hotel. The staff was very helpful and fully fluent in English. They have a walled parking area (15€/day) about 100m from the hotel door.
