The staff were very friendly and helpfull, giving good advice on travel and places to eat - I would definatly stay at this hotel again as the hotel is ideally located for getting around Venice as it is located close to good transport links. |

The room (actually 2 rooms) were very comfortable and the views right on the canal were just fab. Davide our host was most helpful and provides breakfast to your room each day as standard. The hotel is not in the thick of the tourist area but it's easy to get there. For us it was nice to watch a working 'street' go about it's daily business away from the usual tourist activity. You can't get a waterbus to the hotel (and water taxis cost a fortune) so be prepared to lug your bags over numerous bridges. It will take you about 15-20 mins to walk (depending on how many bags!) It will help when the new glass bridges is completed. Take a good map with you and you will have no problems navigating this city. |

Very clean, well decorated, very friendly staff, very comfortable, well located near the Piazalle Roma (short walking distance), nice to relaxing Better exterior identification is needed. Fruit should be included in the breakfast menu. |

Close to the airport bus. The breakfast is really poor quality- the chocolate is made of water- the orange juice is from the bottle and doesn't taste well- the bread is not fresh. When you go to Venice, you will expect to get a very romantic and delicious breakfast but it was not the case. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spotless. Location very handy to bus station and in a nice area. Felt very safe walking around area even late at night. Breakfast delivered very punctually to room. Would definitely stay there again. Some noise from guests upstairs - creaky floors or some people are just very heavy footed. Steep stairs - no lift but this seems to be typical of venice. |
