Matios was a great host and did a great job on advice of restaurants and how to get around. He was very helpful and attentive!
Access to rooftop terrace with sun lounges and tables with chairs from our room (#1), although not all rooms have a direct access. The hotel is a bit away from the city centre however the rooftop terrace during summer compensates for this.
Wifi was not stable.
We stayed for 5 nights and found the accommodation very good we particularly enjoyed the veranda for breakfast in the morning or a late drink before bed. Matteo's recommendation for restaurant was excellent.
The owner was very friendly and provided helpful tips.
Very friendly owner, a nice terrace, close to the train station
Rather boring breakfast (but being in Italy you can get always something great, not in close proximity though)
The staff is very kind and friemdly, he helped us a lot!!!!
Comfort of the bed, géographical situation, kindness of Matteo
Breakfast is below all other things... Was quite disappointing.
Excellent view from room of the city
The guys were very nice and friendly, very comfortable bed and clean room. wi fi available.
Because it is near the train station it is a bit more noisy
Great location (to me was important that hotel should be close to railway station and historical places), friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable
Very friendly staff. They explained us everything when we arrived and gave us a map of the city that was very helpful. They also helped a lot in arranging transportation to the airport. Comfortable bed.
Location close to rail station however a little far to the city center. Lack of options of restaurants nearby. Poor breakfast service.
Matteo is a very niece person who help us to enjoy visit in Toscana. Thank you..
Room was very small, breakfast poor, dust on the furniture.
Rooms much smaller than looked on pictures. Poor breakfast. Had to be very specific about arrival time and call someone to arrange payment meeting as there was no one available at the reception. Located in not the nicest /safest area.
Mateo was so great! He helped us with places to go see and great restaurants!
It was about a 15 minute walk from the center. Which was not bad at all, but late at night it wasnt the best.
The outdoor terrace was great! The owner gave a sincere apology after the inconvenience during our stay.
Location is a 20minute walk from the centre. Breakfast is terrible - packaged rubbish -nothing fresh. Wardrobe too big for the room and caused my partner to stub her toe or several occasions! Fridge was warm. Room was dirty - previous guest's contact lenses scattered around the room...really not nice!! And finally and most annoying was a fiasco with the air con and the staff going through my belongings. The air-con doesn't work very well - so we left it on when we left the apartment so the room was cool on our return. I was greeted on arrival back with a letter accusing me of losing the air con remote- and that they had 'searched everywhere' in my room to locate it... Everything had moved and clothes that were folded were unfolded in their search. I obviously didn't like that for a number of reasons: A. They want to turn the air-con off when there was no notice either verbal or written in the property saying to turn it off on exit. B. That they went through my belongings. C. That they left a letter and didn't have the decency to speak to me in person. I expressed my disappointment to which they did apologise on our check out.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and it was clean.
The location is close, but in a building that does not look like accommodations. There is a large gate for which you have to enter a code.
Matteo was a great host! game us a map of the city, marked all the places of interest and told how to get there. Before we arrived to Florence, we confirmed all the details (I wanted a room with a canipy bed). Also a great location of the B&B - 10-15 min from the railway station, you can get by foot or by a bus. We will definetely stay here again.
a very small cup of coffee. :)
Clean rooms Spacious Nice fresh towels every day Friendly and helpful staff who were happy to accommodate a request for fruit writ breakfast. Lovely balcony
No mosquito nets
