Location close to train station was realy convenient. What's more it was about 15 min walk to main turistic center. Comfortable place in reasonable prise - nothing more was needed! :)
The location was good. About 10 minutes Walking from Santa Maria Novella, like they said. The staff was friendly.
The room was not very Clean, it was very dusty, and i don't Think they changed the sheets any time the week we stayed there. The breakfast was mostly sugar, but maybe that's italian breakfast so that's probably normal. I would recommend anyone who travel to Florence for more than a weekend to pick a hotel, hostel or likewise with an ability to Cook, because it is expensive to eat at restaurants all the time, and you had to walk quit a bit to find something to eat.
Close to train station
Room was stuffy Bed not very comfortable
nice person and give lots of usful information. big room (maybe our room is the biggest one)
a little far to the railway stations for walking.
Location. Nice big very quiet room (despite being close to the railway). Helpful staff. Great views.
Very basic diy breakfast. Wifi didn't work in our room (#6) so had to use corridor, probably OK in other rooms.
Matios was a great host and did a great job on advice of restaurants and how to get around. He was very helpful and attentive!
Access to rooftop terrace with sun lounges and tables with chairs from our room (#1), although not all rooms have a direct access. The hotel is a bit away from the city centre however the rooftop terrace during summer compensates for this.
Wifi was not stable.
We stayed for 5 nights and found the accommodation very good we particularly enjoyed the veranda for breakfast in the morning or a late drink before bed. Matteo's recommendation for restaurant was excellent.
The owner was very friendly and provided helpful tips.
Very friendly owner, a nice terrace, close to the train station
Rather boring breakfast (but being in Italy you can get always something great, not in close proximity though)
The staff is very kind and friemdly, he helped us a lot!!!!
Comfort of the bed, géographical situation, kindness of Matteo
Breakfast is below all other things... Was quite disappointing.
Excellent view from room of the city
The guys were very nice and friendly, very comfortable bed and clean room. wi fi available.
Because it is near the train station it is a bit more noisy
