It was close to St Marks Sqaure and central to places of interest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is our second stay in this hotel and came back because of location Our room was at the back and was very noisy. There were kids and people shouting quite a bit of the time. |

The location and price were great - very close to key sights in V enice. The beds were confortable and the rooms and bathrooms very clean. The breakfast was not worth the trouble. I did not use it - it did not start until 8am, by which time the tiny breakfast room was overflowing. I never got to eat breakfast at the hotel, but went to local coffee bars, which was better value. |

staff very friendly. location amazing, right near stmarks square and the rialto bridge. walls were a little thin. could hear all the guests in the hallway and doors opening and closing. |

It was close to the Rialto. But anyway, in Venice, could a hotel not be close to Rialto? I was absolutely not happy about this hotel. In the pictures it seemed to be renovated but it was not.If you wanted to turn the aircondition on you had to ask the reception to turn it on. |

good location, had a refrigerator and air conditioning 3 flights of narrow stairs. Smaller than we thought it was going to be. Some of the bedding was uncomfortable. Not comfortable for 5 people. |

Location - close to Piazza San Marco It was very noisy in the morning with the Gondoleros guys shouting early morning! |

Excellent location, near all the main sights. The staff were generally helpful and there was a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast was meagre and not a buffet. There was only instant coffee available to the guests, but the staff made themselves proper espresso and drank it in front of the guests during breakfast! Overall I do not think this hotel is good value for money. |

The hotel was a very friendly, helpful and a pleasurable experience throughout our stay, We would recommend, to anyone. No Tea or Coffee facilities in the room. |

Hotel is in great location close to centre of Venice and Rialto Bridge. Easy walking to everywhere that we wanted to go.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. |

buffet very small room. if you arrive at venice at night, you will travel the whole venice when you are looking for the hotel--it's so hard to find the hotel. we spent 2hours! |

Central, clean and quiet.Staff were not overly welcoming but extremely helpful when asked for advice and assistance. Venice is very expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.In a country hotel in Australia you would expect to pay 25 to 30 Euros for such a room - but then it would not have Venice outside the door. |

Brilliant location, staff very friendly and helpful. A minor concern. The room we had backed on to the canal and was noisy in the morning with delivery boats but this was compensated later by the gondoliers practising their songs! |
