The hotel was in a good location. It was close to things and the staff at check in was very friendly. It was a nice small, breakfast included as well. We booked 2 twin beds and when we arrived it was a double bed even though they were aware of our twin bed request. Apparently they had to close down a few rooms. Since the maids had gone home, the best we could do was get sheets from the front desk and pull the beds apart, then remake them ourselves. The room was also very small and musty. |

The staff were pleasant and they were generous with internet use. The bathrooms were a long way from the bedrooms and there were no handtowels in them. |

The room was nice and very big, with a shower and sink (no WC) and two nice windows to a peacefull canal. Well located just a few min from Pont Accademia. From the train station you can easily take a vaporetto along the Grand canal or passing by Piazzale Roma. It was a very good deal because of a last min booking sale; I find full price a bit exagerated but Venezia is not cheap... Coordinates are wrong taken. To reach the hotel, you've better follow the address. |

Everything - it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They shouldn't be able to show those photos on the website |

I liked the peace and quiet of the whole area, the entrance from the hotel looked out onto the canal which was very nice. I was unhappy with on of the rooms they gave us, we didnt have a mirror other than the bathroom plus we where not supplied with a plug in the bathroom sink. Overall the room just had very minimal contents. |

The rooms are kept in the original style of decades ago, e.g. no carpet on the floor, simple but very beautyful. |

Breakfast was pretty good, not too sweet like other places we stayed. Free Wi-Fi and complimentary use of a computer with net connection was very handy. Generally a very nice looking hotel, overlooking a small canal. Excellent location, particularly for Salute and Accademia, and very close to 2 main waterboat stops. The restaurant/front garden area was very very noisy up until around 12 midnight, and our room was overlooking these - very irritating. No insect nets on the windows. |

The Breakfast and the maid were the only good things at the hotel The staff couldn't speak English well, they gave useless information as where to do or buy anything, they had no knowledge of the local area, the wifi doesnt work with iphone and many laptops and only in the lobby, not all the rooms have air con, some of the mosquito nets have holes in and they didnt repair them when i complained and they overcharge if you book over the phone or travel agent rather than the internet |

Extraordinarily good value for money, cheerful, great location, helpful bilingual staff, decent breakfast, clean, internet access. Room got quite hot at night (during August) but nothing serious at all. |

The hotel was convenient and accessible, it felt safe, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is more for the Italian experience, and not for the luxury. The air conditioner dripped if you turned it on, which made us nervous, but it was still helpful to have in the hot summer. |

Lovely location, really quiet after the heaving throng of St. Mark's Square and surrounds. Only one waterbus stop from St. Mark's Square too, although visitors need to be sure to catch a No. 1 waterbus going in the right direction :) Waterbuses very crowded and uncomfortable at times (like London tubes!). Main grumble was breakfast - the first morning was ok, with a fair amount of croissants, cereals, yogurts etc. (nothing fancy, but "enough"). The second morning the food had virtually all run out 20 mins before the end, so I didnt get anything to eat at all :( |

The tranquil, canal-side location was superb and within short walk of main Grand Canal boat service and major sights like Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Santa Maria della Salute church. It was also great value at 75 Euros for the double room for the night. The restaurant was good too. The shower in our room had poor water pressure - basically a trickle - and the shower doors felt like they were about to fall off. |

Hotel Belle Arti takes its name from the prestigious museum gallery you'll find next door. Set in Venice's artistic Dorsoduro quarter, it provides an elegant setting for your stay. |
Located just off one of Venice’s most exclusive fashion streets, Residenza Favaro provides comfortable and quiet rooms just 2 minute’s walk from Saint Mark’s Square. |
