Once they re-new furnitures in bath, it will be 10 out of 10.
Friendly stuff, location! 24/7 desk. Highly recommended.
Room was a bit small, but for a short stay it is absolutely ok.
Location, staff, cleanness were great. Regular breakfast.
Internet access was not included in the price of the hotel.
Clean, nice, quiet room with private bathroom (we expected a shared one with a two star rating), great breakfast and very friendly staff. Location was great too.
Food Mould Damp Shared bathroom Broken bathroom fittings
Location Cost Late check in
Really good location near the Ponte dell'Accademia. The breakfast was included in price. The room was little bit smaller, but practically arranged.
I was there for business and I spent more than 300 euro, just because of Carnival and Valentine's Day. The room was horrible, with electricity cables covered with plastic in a very rough way. Even the walls were not painted uniformly. No mini bar (self service machine in the hall for 300 euro??). Bed incredibly uncomfortable. Lights with neon effect, super cold atmosphere. 15 minutes to get hot water. I would be fine for such a disaster for no more than 50 euro per night. Don't go there and let's start to boycott the typical Venetian theft.
Just the position. For the rest, a real nightmare for 300 euro!
The room smell bad ,the wall was wet the food was poor . paid 3 night and stayed 2 night fined a other hotel for the night .do not recomand to no one!!!
Location location Love dursoduro
This is a very comfy hotel. A quiet place to sleep. The staff is very helpful and you can feel that they really are happy to make the best to you enjoy your stay.
no free wi-fi. lack of it seems to be a huge inconvenience in our XXI century... no TV in the room too. the room was decently clean, very very cold though. unpleasant young girl in the reception, barely speaking english, was not really helpful.
very good location, fine european breakfast.
Wifi was not free
Friendly staff and reception, located just 5 minutes from Roma termini train station
Wifi is not for free and signal is so poor even you paid it
You have to pay for wifi
hotels staff was so kindly and helpfull. Specially breakfast is good. The hotel is clean and comfortable , you would except considering what you pay. Hotel location is good and it has good decoration it was so cute.
I only booked one night..wish I booked my whole trip here!
Loved this Hotel. Area was beautiful.Staff very professional and friendly.Hotel was stylishly decorated. They were kind enough to upgrade me with an ensuite bathroom even tthough I booked at a fraction of the price. Highly recomended
not very clean and bed was bad
-Paid wifi for each device -The room was very cold, and the heater was turned off at midnight -Breakfast was included, but we were not allowed to get the second dishes.
near the basilica, my room was not big but warm and i'm satisfied with the bathroom~ People there are fine and internet is fast. Breakfast taste good. If there's next time I will still live here~
The shared bathroom was very dirty all the week. I think they only cleaned it once in a week.
Dirty shared bathroom. A false fire alarm rung in the middle of the night around 3 AM, many people woke up and nobody knew what was happening. After 2 hours everything was quiet again
old stylish building along a typical venice canal, nice view from the room window. In November the room was quite cheap.
Venice is an expensive and old city. So one cannot expect big comfort in hotels like this one. For instance the shared bathroom was far from a new one and we rather avoided to use it (stayed 1 night).
Double bed was actually a two single beds slided together, very uncomfortable, as well as there were two blankets. Has additional charge for WiFi access.
Close to sightseeing places and bus (ferry) stop. Calm and quiete place, easy to find. Air conditioning with hot and cold air flow. Very good toiletries and shower, everything available.
During our stay the hotel was jam-packed with foreign students who were a bit noisy and devoured the breakfast. The breakfast though quite varied and abundant was delivered in small trays, hence the food ran out quite often having to wait quite a long time for it to be replenished. This especially with the bacon. Despite the fact the room was clean when we entered, The chambermaid only arranged the bed an replaced towels but never swept or washed the floor, not even the bathroom, during our stay.
It is one of the cheapest hotels in venice and is quite in a central but quiet location. Clean.
even though we tried to check in at 10am (the room was not ready then) we got the most run-down room when we came back in the evening. you could see how they changed room numbers on our reservation serval times. at the reception they told us in the morning that they normally don't rent out this room. well... rather bad service!!!!
Poor facilities, additional payment for wifi, no breakfast
Bed was not comfortable. Room was cold.
