Our host was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and extremely central Nothing really, perhaps only that it was difficult to find. Perhaps the owner could put up a notice somewhere close-by.

The location is good and it had a small kitchen. No breakfast in the B&B. Major bed bugs and very dirty. The windows had to be open because of heat so very noisy and unbelievably bright street lights right outside our window. We had 2 rooms and both invested and travelor in other room had bites all over her face also.

We were disappointed at this hotel. We looked and looked ,but we couldn’t find this hotel because address does not appear. And this is not hotel ,just apartment room. To make matters worse, the manager didn’t here. We were waiting for him at the information of the town more than 30minites. What’s more toilet smells bad . Pumping water rang out all night. Finally toilet Clogged. Location is good ,but this hotel was not good.

Rien d'ne mocheté inimaginable, le prix prohibitif par rapport aux prestations , négligé, mauvaises odeurs, une erreur de notre part, nous nous sommes fiées aux photos, avns de gros regret. Le propriétaire devrait nous remblursser au mooins 15 %

La posizione centrale e camera rispetto al prezzo adeguata Il bagno non era ben pulito: c'era un odore forte di urina. L'armadio, all'interno non era adeguatamente pulito: era imporverato sia il cuscino di riserva che la coperta.

Locatie in het centrum van Lucca. De uitbater zou wel wat kleine herstellingen moeten uitvoeren. Er hingen nauwelijks lichten in de kamer en de houder voor de douchekop was stuk.

Mycket enkelt boende i två rum. Verkligt sköna sängar och ett fantastiskt centralt läge direkt över en bar med frukost (baren stängde ca 22 så ingen störning på natten). Rummen ligger i ett vanligt stadshus så det är alltså inte egentligen något hotell. Ägaren dyker upp efter ca 10 minuter när vi ringt efter honom för att checka in. Liten mysig kvartersbutik med kött, ost, bröd och allt annat nödvändigt över disk på andra sidan gatan, öppnade kl 8. Fanns tillgång till kylskåp och spis för tillagning av frukost - bra!

Personale simpatico e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. La struttura e' situata all'interno delle mura, quindi in pieno centro storico ed e' a pochi passi dal corso principale dove ci si puo' dilettare a fare shopping o a visitare I principali luoghi di interesse (Chiese,Piazza Anfiteatro,Torre Guinigi, son tutti a pochi passi).Il luogo e' silenzioso,pulito e ben tenuto. E' un buon compromesso tra costo e servizio offerto, poi considerando la posizione mi permetto di consigliarlo a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giornata nella splendida città di Lucca senza spendere chissa' quali somme.

Sympathieke eigenaar. Ligging helemaal aan het eind van de via fillungo, de belangrijkste winkelstraat van Lucca (ongeveer 15 a 20 minuten stappen van het station). Geen receptie. Karaktervolle kamer zonder veel comfort : geen televisie, douche bestaat uit een handsproeier in het bad met plastiek gordijn. Zonder concurrentie het slechtste bed waar wij ooit in geslapen hebben.Kan het best worden omschreven als een "schommelbed".Niet voor mensen die snel zeeziek worden dus...

Posizione privilegiata per visita città Scarsa cura. E' economico ma questo non vuol dire che bisogna accettare materassi ormai andati e il gancio per soffione doccia rotto. Non ci sono nemmeno 2 appendi asciugamani in bagno... Magari 2 chiodi nel muro basterebbero...

Heel oud,sober hotelletje met weinig luxe, maar wel leuk gelegen in het centrum met je auto op enkele tientallen meters op een centrale parkeerplaats. Je hoeft dus niet te lopen met je koffers
