La Via della Giudecca is a design B&B that takes its name from the Jewish quarter of Siracusa in which it stands. It is in the main square, Piazza San Filippo, and offers modern rooms with LCD TVs.

With a large rooftop terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Domus Mariae Albergo is right on Siracusa's seafront.
Score from 375 reviews Wonderful
Located on the seafront in Syracuse's historic centre, this original hotel is set in a restored fisherman's village. All air-conditioned rooms come with free Wi-Fi and a satellite TV.

The Hotel Posta is in the splendid backdrop of the island of Ortigia, the historic center of the city of Siracusa. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Score from 384 reviews Good
Great location and situated over a historic part of the city. People come there just for the tour of the underground old baths. There was an upstairs 2 bedroom area and a downstairs living room and kitchen.
Amazing suite with wonderful view over the city, lots of room to spread out. Lovely breakfast.
Room a bit dark, almost no mirrors. Lots of steps up to room, makes carrying heavy suitcases a challenge. Wifi not very good.
A charming place, very friendly front desk staff. The place is a little quirky as you walk outside down a lane, through a garden then to your well sized apartment. 100 mtr walk to a good swimming area and a short walk to the old town and the coffee shops.
We liked it all
The building itself is beautiful. Our apartment was very large and well appointed. We had a roof terrace with views of the sea and the beautiful roof tops of Ortigia. We would have liked to spend more time there.
WiFi was unsecured. WiFi barely worked in the room. Worked slowly only in the breakfast area. Common areas not available except for breakfast. Room was very noisy.
Great location for exploring Ortigia and excellent restaurant recommendations from helpful staff. Luggage storage was helpful as well as assistance with airport transfer.
Front desk isn't constantly available so you just need to be aware of this.
this was a more authentic place to stay - we were on the second floor in a quirky apartment overlooking the roofs of Ortiga. We had a roof terrace although you could only see other roofs. It was nice for a couple of nights. Good location for exploring Ortiga.
Breakfast was ok but not great. Parking might be hard to find (we were lucky).
Spacious and clean rooms. Good location in the heart of Ortigia. Friendly and helpfull staff.
We stayed for 1 week and it was a great holiday experience! Hotel has a great location right next to the sea/beach platform. The whole island is easily accesible on foot. We had a top floor room with a nice terrace. Great staff, nice room with authentic design, good breakfast.
That the time flows so fast and we had to go home.
Having the extra space of the apartment was nice, even if we were mostly out and about. Breakfast was good.
When you have kids, the hotel becomes pricey. This is common in Europe, but I wish that there were a "Kids stay free" or at least a discount for them.
The building was very special. Staff was knowledgable and helpful. Close to the water if you want to go for a dip. Nice breakfast.
I loved the building a great sense of history here. For a family of four we has loads of space a big sitting room downstairs simple but tasteful furnishings. Breakfast was good typical Sicilian. I loved my stay here
Fantastic location, really helpful team, beautiful building, light, clean and spacious apartment, close to all restaurants and main attractions in the old town, great energy overall.
Shower does go hot and cold, but in summer just not an issue.
Friendly staff, quiet location, good breakfast anything else you need for short stay holiday
Does the a/c need a service
Well equipped kitchen. Excellent breakfast. Very large apartment with separate lounge and own patio.
Had to change rooms due to urine soaked and smelly mattress.
İ really like it .the flat is very nice.lacaiton is very good.
Very nice and quiet street close to the beach.
Great location in Ortigia, away from the hordes, close to the sea. Lovely room, fantastic balcony with a rooftop view of the city. Manuela at the desk was very helpful.
WiFi didn't work at all. Hot water ran out in the evening. AC was weak. Breakfast mediocre.
The historical aspect - location within the old Jewish part of Ortigia, which is currently being restored. Close to the sea , and within easy walking of all major sights. Quiet - street too narrow for cars. Spacious apartment.
Despite paying the same room rate as rooms within the main hotel building, we were accommodated in a room down an alleyway close by, which looked out on a boarded up building next door. Given we had quite a lot of luggage and are of mature years, this was not very convenient, and the aspect was not particularly pleasant. Make sure you ask for a room in the main hotel, and you should not be disappointed. The kitchen was not well equipped, eg one knife for two people!
The character of the place . This is a clean , comfortable and attractive small hotel on a nice quiet street within easy walking to the main sites and local buses. Our room was more of a suite , with a sitting room and a small terrace off the bedroom which was great to sit on at night. Three flights of stairs with luggage , could be a challenge for some people.
It would have been nice to have an In Room Safe , as the staff leave at 8 p.m. and therefore one is unable to access the items in the office safe deposit box.
staff were courteous, friendly and helpful; terrific location; light-filled, spacious rooms
the kitchenette was not adequate - no saucepan, nothing to boil water, no utensils….we told management that the shower was damaged but they didn't do anything about it during our 5 night stay.
Adequate, quiet room, with the basics. Lots of historic atmosphere in the building.
Inadequate lighting in the rooms. Front desk left locked and unattended while staff gives hourly tour of the historic Jewish bath for 15 mins every hour. They claim to be open 8am to 8pm, but the complaint of previous reviewers is real regarding this issue. The front desk should always remain open at posted times. A sign in the door saying they will return in 15 mins is annoying when you need to get access to your stored luggage. No lift.
one of the prettyst places in Siracus
I loved the location. It was in the heart of everything. The courtyard was adorable. An excellent place to have some ante pasta and vino.
Parking was horrid so if you are travelling by car avoid Ortigia.
