Friendly staff, much larger rooms than expected, located in a picturesque street in the middle of the old city just a few minutes walk from the beach. I would recommend staying at this hotel. No breakfast is served, but there is a cafe on the street corner. |

The apartments were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The apartments are right in the old centre of Trapani. A great base for exploring this great city! |

Extremely attentive and helpful staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in the hotel. They were happy to recommend restaurants and make bookings for us. Great value for money. |

This was a spacious , extremely well appointed appartment in the centre of the old town, close to the port for excursions to the Egadi islands. Excellent shops, bars and restaurants were located close by. The staff were most friendly and helpful. I intend to go back again! The map provided on the web page was very confusing at10 pm at night. It took me about 90 minutes to ind the residences. |

It is a self catering apartment, very clean and modern and seems to have been recently redocorated. Apartment had two bedrooms, bathroom and a common area with kitchen, tv, sofa and table. It is also very cantrally located in the old part of the city. |

Fairly spacious, quite clean The sofa was dirty and disgusting. The bed did not have a blanket on it. Directions around town pointing to the apartment were highly misleading. When it was advertised as an apartment for four, it should have specified that it was a double bed and a double sofa-bed. |

Lovely apparment with kitchenette, very quiet yet central location.Good resturant next door.Helpful receptionists one spoke good English Not all reception staff speak English here, not a problem for me as Ispeak Italian, but guests may need a language guide |

Hotellet er sentralt plassert i forhold til transport, butikker og spisesteder. Personalet behersket engelsk godt. Vi fikk utmerket oppfølging og personlig service under hele oppholdet. |

Veldig bra beliggenhet midt i den gamle bydelen i Trapani. Alle severdigheter, shoppinggater og strand lå i gangavstand fra hotellet. Takterrassen hadde en flott utsikt, men var veldig lite hyggelig. Det sto i hotellbeskrivelsen av alle rom hadde balkong, det stemte imidlertid ikke. |

Lägenheten var rymlig och fräsch och låg bra till i den gamla staden. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Att personalen först försökte få oss att godta en lägenhet utan balkong, trots att vi bokat en med balkong. Å andra sidan så löste de problemet samma kväll, vilket var positivt. |

Centrale ligging, goede prijs en kwaliteit verhouding. Niet altijd iemand van de receptie aanwezig. Onder de accomodatie is een restaurant waar ze iedere avond buiten eten en vervolgens tussen 24.00-01.00 uur de tafels af- en opruimen. Hierdoor ontstaat er op een laat tijdstip nogal wat herrie (als het raam open staat). Met de ramen dicht en de airconditioning aan zal het wellicht meevallen. |

Posizionato ottimamente. Centralissimo alla città, permette di godere del fascino delle vie centrali e inoltre è a due passi dalla spiaggia e dagli imbarchi per le isole. La Direttrice è molto disponibile e simpatica. Mancano I classici campioni di toilette (shampoo/bagnoschiuma/ecc). |

Ottima posizione,nel centro storico delle citta. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante.L'appartmento da noi occupato era spazioso e funzionale. Puo risultare un po' rumoroso - solo le stanze sul davanti -- in quanto non sono sonorizzate -- ma per il resto tutto bene. |
