the location of the apartment - safe pedestrian area near shops, bars and restaurants. Lots of character and history. Beautifully kitted out - modern, refurbished and clean. Very comfortable beds. Possibility of room service - drinks and snacks reasonably priced. Very near sea and lovely sea walk. Would highly recommend. Occasional noise in the street at night - echoed round apartment. No microwave, toaster, kettle. Not really a prob unless you want to heat babies' food...... |

I liked the closeness to the city centre, and that it was still fairly quiet. It looket clean and respectable. The staff was friendly and spoke good english and we had walking distance to the beach. THe restaurant "Gusto" outside the door was excellent:) |

It was centrally located with a good local beach a five minute walk away.The building was lovely and convenient for shops and restaurants The room was a bit dark,with no natural light. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was very spacious and stylish. It was also very clean. The hotel is in a great location close to excellent restaurants, shops and the beach. |

The staff were very welcoming and saw to our needs. Our rooms were upgraded and the apartment given was very comfortable. It could easily have accomodated another two persons. |

Friendly staff, much larger rooms than expected, located in a picturesque street in the middle of the old city just a few minutes walk from the beach. I would recommend staying at this hotel. No breakfast is served, but there is a cafe on the street corner. |

The apartments were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The apartments are right in the old centre of Trapani. A great base for exploring this great city! |

Extremely attentive and helpful staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in the hotel. They were happy to recommend restaurants and make bookings for us. Great value for money. |

This was a spacious , extremely well appointed appartment in the centre of the old town, close to the port for excursions to the Egadi islands. Excellent shops, bars and restaurants were located close by. The staff were most friendly and helpful. I intend to go back again! The map provided on the web page was very confusing at10 pm at night. It took me about 90 minutes to ind the residences. |

It is a self catering apartment, very clean and modern and seems to have been recently redocorated. Apartment had two bedrooms, bathroom and a common area with kitchen, tv, sofa and table. It is also very cantrally located in the old part of the city. |

Fairly spacious, quite clean The sofa was dirty and disgusting. The bed did not have a blanket on it. Directions around town pointing to the apartment were highly misleading. When it was advertised as an apartment for four, it should have specified that it was a double bed and a double sofa-bed. |

Lovely apparment with kitchenette, very quiet yet central location.Good resturant next door.Helpful receptionists one spoke good English Not all reception staff speak English here, not a problem for me as Ispeak Italian, but guests may need a language guide |

Esta en pleno centro.Esta muy limpio y el personal es muy amable sobre todo Vita que es un encanto.Tieens al lado las calles principales, tiendas y un restaurante muy chic y el bar de Giuseppina Ra Nova que se toma un capuccino excelente.La habitaciones son amplias pero que os den piso superioes si no escuchareis ruido del restaurante y bar sobre todo sabado No hacen limpieza salvo 3 o 4 dias.En recepcion no hay siempre gente con lo que si te surge algo por la mañana temprano o d enoche solo te queda llamar a un movil. |
