The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was tiny but clean. The location was near by the train station (10-15 mins walking distance) and very easy to be located. The breakfast was included in the price. The blow dryer was broken but the hotel staff borrowed a dryer for us from another hotel. |

Good location in a fun area. Great bars nearby. Reception open all night. We stayed in the separate room for families. Our room was cold, but a plug-in heater was provided which helped. |

The traditional murrano glass and fabrics decoration were nice and elegant... The location was good, on a lively road (all pedestrian ofcourse as there are no cars in Venice, so no traffic noise) 5 minutes from the train/coach station and 15 minutes from the heart of the city. The staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast was rather poor and it was the same every day. The breakfast was based on tinned meat and cheese spreads a couple of breads and a croissant, smart price orange juice, and fruit salad that seemed to also have come out of a can. In addition, I did not notice a heater or radiator in our room, and the shower and toilet in our room were very narrow. To sit on the loo you needed to place your feet inside the shower. The outside of the hotel looked quite run down, having said that please note this is the overall look of buildings in Venice so that's probably the standard for a 3 star hotel. Overall, I thought that although quarter of a thousand pounds for 4 nights was one of the cheapest prices it was still not exactly a bargain... |

The traditional building and rooms were very tastefully decorated with nice carpets, furniture and upholstery. Although our room was small, it was very comfortable, with a lovely soft bed and nice furnishings. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly enough. Excellent location. Nice, comfortable walk to the main sights, and close to the station. |

Clean friendly small boutique hotel. Location is very good. Transportation to and from hotel is efficient. Busy and noisy market stalls just outside of the front of the hotel 18 hours of every day. |

Airconditioning...It was central, so you can not manage it. It was too cool, the courtains mooved, the cold wind was mooving the courtains and your body, it was a cold hurricane in the room. The water from the airconditinoring fall down to the mini-bar in every seconds. For me it was a horror. |

Convenient from the train station and the sights. Room was pictoresque, quiet, and with a nice bathroom. Rather expensive for what you get but then, this is Venice. Air conditioning is on a timer and of very low output, so every 10-15 min you need to start it again (August was opressive, 95 degrees). Flat pillows. No elevator (We where on the 4th or 5th floor). No Internet. |

I did not like to hotel itself. However, its localiton is very nice. During my stay I was allocated room 52. This room is extremly hot and its air conditioning is very poor. The air conditioning can not cope with the heat, therefore, it is not able to cool the room temperature to a confortable level. It was a very bad experience. Although I've complained to the staff, they react as if I was mocking them, instead of taking serious steps to address the issue. |

Good location. According to the website of booking.com, they offer airport transportation. However when we asked them, they said no. It's not very nice. |

It was ideally situated in Venice to allow us to see the city as everything was within walking distance. We had to climb 50 stairs to get to the room. There are no lifts but had no offer of help from staff with our luggage. The room was so hot we thought the air con was not working. It is placed far too high up on the wall and is of no benefit. The ceiling was so low in one of the bedrooms that we had to roll accross the beds to get from one side of the room to the other. The room was unsuitable for us travelling with a 5 year old child. |

A very traditional Venetian hotel, well situated - 10 minutes walk from bus station, 5 minues from train station, very close to two vaporetto stops. We had a room in the attic, which gave us a lovely view over the city roofs, and a spacious bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. The attic room was small but sufficient. No English channels on TV. Breakfast choice limited but OK |

Hotel is near to the central train station and bus station, so easy to carry luggage from station. Hotel was clean and nice decorated. Bathroom was large and clean. Workers were merry and helpful. Breakfast was good but not much satisfied and between 8:00 and 10:00. Air condition not much complicated but enough. |

Good location out of the most expensive areas but only a short walk away from all main interests. Good breakfast. Clean room. Air conditioning. The method of paying for the hotel caused confusion due to charge and deduction of payment etc. Paying for it all upfront would have been far more straight forward. |

The staff were extremely friendly, very welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. The hotel had good air con and was in a relatively quiet part of Venice. Breakfast wasn't great and the rooms were a little on the cosy side but very good value for money. |
