The staff were extremely friendly, very welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. The hotel had good air con and was in a relatively quiet part of Venice. Breakfast wasn't great and the rooms were a little on the cosy side but very good value for money. |

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, but the room was very quiet and one could sleep well and relax. |

Well situated for arrival and departure from P. Roma. Just make sure you don't bring large suitcases! |

The location was excellent: we explored a number of areas of Venice, looking for the uncrowded, picturesque scene, and found that the area directly around our hotel supplied some of the best. In comparison to purely touristy areas, real Italians clearly lived in the area of the hotel, which had numbers of fruit and vegetable vendors in the street outside and many reasonably-priced restaurants. The hotel, like other hotels in Venice, is extraordinarily expensive for a very small room (the height was the largest dimension). |

I liked the location of the hotel from the St Lucia Train Station. It was very easy to find and close to the station. The room was very nice and the price compared to other hotels I looked into in Vencie was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice and would stay there again. |

The hotel is quite convenience in terms of location - easy access to train station (5 - 10 mins by walk) and also to the water bus station (Guglie - only 2 mins by walk). The room is ok...spacious with big bathroom. Actualy it's look a bit smaller compare to the pictures we saw in website but acceptable. What we don't like about this hotel is a blanket, it's quite thin and not very comfort, however it's not that bad if the weather is not so cold. For location, there are pros and cons, we like it because we were looking for a place near train station. But it would not be a good choice if you go to venice for shopping cuz it's a bit far from San Macro. |

Location. Helpful staff. Very clean. Rooms are small, but that's to be expected in Venice. Shower stall was very small. |

Location... 5 minute walking from train station It's very expensive. The rooms are too old and without maintenance. Security box door was broken for example. The TV was out of order and very, very old.... |

The staff were excellent. They were informative and helpful and, I felt the service was outstanding. The bathroom flooded when you showered bc the drainage system is inadequate. |

Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who provided the breakfasts. Room relatively small, but comfortable and clean with very well equipped en-suite bathroom. Some people might find the number of flights of stairs and no lift hard to cope with. |
