This superior class structure in the heart of Venice is only 150 metres from the main central Venice train station (Santa Lucia) and close to the Grand Canal.

The rooms are bright and attractive, and are located on 4 floors (no lift), including 3 new, en suite rooms on the ground floor for those with reduced mobility. All are well-equipped and spacious.

Start the day with a rich buffet breakfast, or relax in the wonderful living room with a small bar, which is open throughout the day.

Good location, next to the train station

Most expensive hotel (2 stars!) we have stayed in our entire life!
Venice is a great city except for hotel prices...HOTELS Are overpriced!

Nothing - this is the most appalling hotel I have ever visited

The hotel had an unpleasant smell in reception area. Several large sacks of washing linen awaited collection in the stairwell. There was a dirty cup in the bedroom and the thyird bed was not made up. It was so unpleasant that we checked out immediately and went to find another hotel to stay in - this resulted in a charge of one night without any recompence. The staff were unhelpful.

The balcony was nice to have. The room was a good size, and breakfast was not all that bad. The croissants were goood.

I think they should employ one more person to work breakfasts, as the one girl seemed to be doing an awful lot of work and the quality of the service suffered. Also, the walls are thin. You can consequently hear people walking up the stairs, and especially you can hear the bells of the next door church chiming every morning.

balcony. Nice bathroom, good breakfast, nice staff, easy to find and a great location

it smelt of toilet in the lobby and hallways. Would have been nice to have a double bed rather than two singles joined together. Shower kept going from hot to cold

Proximity to the train station.

It was surprising that the staff at the hotel didn't know much about Venice. And they didn't have mcuh tourist information at all. The breakfast was fair, not much of variety.

The location was nice. It was 5 minutes from the railway station

My room was really small with small windows. Breakfast room is really small. There are only 8 tables. And the price is not so cheap.
