The location was great, especially for train travellers. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the amenities were the best of any place we stayed on our trip: slippers, made-to-order cappucino with breakfast, peacful balcony, in-room sink, free luggage storage, AC. It was a great value for Venice.

Most expensive hotel (2 stars!) we have stayed in our entire life!

Nothing - this is the most appalling hotel I have ever visited

The hotel had an unpleasant smell in reception area. Several large sacks of washing linen awaited collection in the stairwell. There was a dirty cup in the bedroom and the thyird bed was not made up. It was so unpleasant that we checked out immediately and went to find another hotel to stay in - this resulted in a charge of one night without any recompence. The staff were unhelpful.
