we didn't like the service because there was none. You are asked to tell them the exact time of your arrival because it's the only time you can find somebody on reception.
In general everything was not like they say on a booking.com page, it is not a hotel, it is a big flat transformed into "room numbers", though the rooms are cleaned everyday you still find dust everywhere.
We went to spend a new year's eve with the family and in the end all got sick because there are no radiators in the rooms, we were told they are in the floor but personally I had to wear winter socks and sleepers because it was colder in our room then on the street, on the 6th month of pregnancy in this "hotel" I had to sleep in a winter hat and jamper, they didn't fix anything for us though we left the hotel for three days to go to another city and asked to solve the problem.
When we decided to go to another hotel and informed about it two days before of the end of our reserved staying after a histerical phone conversation we were compensated only the last night of staying because "they were kind", not because they were supposed to do so and told us to talk to people from booking and not with them, owners of the hotel, about our problems.
We liked the location because we needed to travel by train and there was plenty of places to park our rented car. Downstairs there is a cafe with nice service and big variety of food and drinks.
