Perfect Wifi As someone who has stayed in quite a lot of cheap hotels I have always complained about the wifi but this one is perfect:)
The room has a good space and the mattress is very good. There are supermakets around, which is good. THe location is perfect, between the train station and the historic city center.
We liked the location because we needed to travel by train and there was plenty of places to park our rented car. Downstairs there is a cafe with nice service and big variety of food and drinks.
we didn't like the service because there was none. You are asked to tell them the exact time of your arrival because it's the only time you can find somebody on reception. In general everything was not like they say on a booking.com page, it is not a hotel, it is a big flat transformed into "room numbers", though the rooms are cleaned everyday you still find dust everywhere. We went to spend a new year's eve with the family and in the end all got sick because there are no radiators in the rooms, we were told they are in the floor but personally I had to wear winter socks and sleepers because it was colder in our room then on the street, on the 6th month of pregnancy in this "hotel" I had to sleep in a winter hat and jamper, they didn't fix anything for us though we left the hotel for three days to go to another city and asked to solve the problem. When we decided to go to another hotel and informed about it two days before of the end of our reserved staying after a histerical phone conversation we were compensated only the last night of staying because "they were kind", not because they were supposed to do so and told us to talk to people from booking and not with them, owners of the hotel, about our problems.
kind and very very helpful people from stuff, that was definitely the high point, nice bedroom, large bathroom, perfect location between station and main touristic attractions, great stay.
Calm place, clean, simple, nice host, good price.
Bed was moving away from the wall when I was sitting at one end with a pillow against the wall.
Short walk to the centre of town.
Service Price/quality Location
The heating in room 2 (corner room) should be higher, but we lived through the night.
Close to railway station and easy walking to centre of town.good value.Farrera great town
bathroom door jammed on floor .bed comfortable enough but base very creaky
Very late arrival, landlords put keys in mailbox, but still waited for us to arrive. Were so hospitable. Room small but comfortable. Very clean, elevator, between train station and centre. Very handy.
The location is perfect.
Noisy because of location at junction of busy roads. Mosquitoes and other bugs in room. Too late to use insect repellent which was provided when we discovered pesky mozzies.
-Convenient location not far from the train station. It is a ten minute walk to reach the city center, but it is not a big problem. Via Garibaldi is very near.
-My "double bed" was two single beds joint by a large sheet. -Check-in by appointment only.
The staff at the reception is very helpful and kind. Position wise the apartment is well located. 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from old town and main attractions. Big room, spacious storage and very clean. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay.
The bed frame was a bit squeaky. However the mattress and sleeping was comfortable.
Friendly greeting in this small hotel--only 6 rooms. All with A/C and Wifi. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean bathroom with shampoo and soap provided. And an easy walk to the Center.
Unprepossessing apartment building entry. Easy to miss with a small sign. On the 5 th floor. But there is an elevator so it's not really a problem.
Clean rooms Very close to both the station and the city centre Low budget Quiet place Gentle staff
Beds weren't too comfortable
Value for money is the best part of this place. It's not in a charming part of Ferrara, but it's less than a 10 minute walk to the nice areas.
The large double bed that filled the room, the small but attractive balcony, large shower room
the non 24hr reception, been asked when I was to arrive, which for any journey is impossible to accuretely predict, especially after trecking around the town for more then an hour and getting very lost. If it wasnt for my world master traveller savie I would not of been able to gain access to the hotel that occupies the top floor of an apartment block. As with other commentators its so difficult to actually locate the right location. A large sign needs to be hung above the entrance to make it clear that this door is the one to the hotel.
Loved the size of the rooms, great shower! Good position for centre of Ferrara and train station.
Could be a bit noisy with traffic and people at night as it was a main crossroads. This calmed down at one am.
Excellent location, close to the train station and close to the city center. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Location is great, staff was fantastic, room was clean. Good food in the restaurant below (with 10% discount).
Walls were very thin, we could hear everything that was happening in the rooms next to us.
Rooms were good. Staff was helpful. Very good restaurant in front. Great food, very reasonable.
