The rooms are too small I didn't have even a normal bed, the breakfast was only cornetto and coffee, the location also is not so easy to find. The overall value confused us and we ordered the hotel, but in reality it is BB.
The staff was excellent. Quick to help, answer questions.. Etc..
Any knee problems and you may not be able to get up 2 flights of marble stairs. The neighborhood at night can be iffy at best.
the locaiton is good, 10 minutes by walking from the terminal staiton to the hotel. but it not easy to find, the good thing is the stuff to pick us up, very nice. And the room's soundproof is not good, a little noisy. otherthings are good.
Near the train station (however I would recommend to stay in another place for people who want to stay on Naples for more than one day, because the district is very unpleasant and dirty). Staff is exceptionally friendly, always within reach. Room is clean and nice.
The district is bad even though it's near the train station.
Very clean room, the recepcionist is really nice, wi-fi is good.
It's not a nice neighbourhood at all, it's close to the central station, but in a small, shady street. First floor, but very high stairs, no elevator. Bathroom is tiny, and shower door is broken. TV is extra small, old and buzzing. There is one plug in the room. The whole "hotel" is very small with 3-4 rooms. Breakfast is on the roof balcony, it could be really nice, but it's dirty. It's cheap, but Naples is cheap, I've been ther 4 times, i payed more or less the same money for much better hotels.
The room is well equipped, the staff is nice and helpful. We could pay with credit card.
The street under our balcony is noisy (but it is typical in Naples) so I suggest to keep close the window while you sleep. The bathroom is narrow.
Dodgy neighbourhood but close to Central Station. Shower was average.
too many mosquito we heard guns shooting at night almost could not get access to the web its really a bad experience
Very helpful staff, nice location if you plan to visit Pompeii and other ancient sites.
quite dirty surroundings but its not the hotel's fault
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent family hotel, very kind hearted people! Special thank you for a delicuous cappuccino! Olga and Andrey
Very kind and pleasant owner, who gave us very good suggestions about sightseeing in Napoli with a map and and full recommendations what to visit and where to eat. Besides, room is nice, clean and comfortable. Street is interesting--a bit scary like in moovies about gangsta, but lively and so neapolitan:) We liked!
The family was absolutely wonderful! They sat down with us and walked us through things to do in Naples, how to travel to Pompeii, restaurants to eat at, and how to visit the islands. The breakfast was also wonderful and could be eaten out on their lovely terrace.
The bed was twontwins pushed together (although fairly typical of Italian double beds) but they were very hard and uncomfortable. Also, although our room did stay some what cool, there was no AC unlike what was indicated on our reservation.
Liked the people and room was okay
Naples in General is a scary place but it was good for a bad town
On arrival they provided a city map and sat down with us to give us dining and sightseeing information in English. Also gave us juice and ice cream on arrival. Towels for the shower were large and soft. They scheduled a very early taxi pick-up to the airport and the price quoted (very reasonable) was what we paid. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hot croissants. Close to train stations.
The hotel is tucked away in a section of Naples with small streets and the hotel can be difficult to find -- even after a day or two of living there. The area is safe, but cluttered.
Great location, short walk from the station, pizza restaurants and the duomo. Really friendly staff, fast wifi, nice shower and clean room.
Couldn't use wifi in my stay.
Close to the train station. Clean and quite. Polite and friendly stuff. Basic but tasty breakfast - fresh croissant, tee/coffee, juice, crackers, butter, etc.
Area after dark doesn't look safe, but ok during the day.
Good location. Clean. Affordable. Breakfast and cappuccino were nice.
Hard to find.
Great staff, very clean and comfortable. Not in the centre of the historic centre but close enough to walk and close to the train station.
Friendly staff. Good wifi. Not bad breakfast.
No cotton slippers. Near to the train station but dirty and lowerclass neighborhood. No good view. (Shouldn't expect more from Napoli)
Good central location once found 10 mins from train station, took 4 hours to find and a taxi
Hotel ?? More a bed and breakfast at best, location is as rough as hell, just would not recommend at all, was very nervous, in room by 8pm every night unsure why people have given a 7.8 rating, booked on this basis wish I had not.
The staff were very friendly
The staff were very friendly and they gave us a map and explained about the city and also how to go to Pompei. Wi-fi was good, the room was a bit small but tidy. It's near the central station and you can go to touristic places and restaurants by foot. Overall, for this price it is highly recommended.
There's no shower curtain so the floor gets wet, the towels weren't changed everyday, the wall was thin so you can hear other people speaking. The atmosphere around the hotel isn't good.
