Friendly people. Room simple, but comfortable.

Difficult to locate.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, although they speak only Italian and a bit French. They took all the efforts to help us getting around, and even allowed us to check the internet on their own laptop. The rooms are clean. It was a bit hard to find because the address was wrongly written on my invoice (the street name is Via Salaiolo, and the part starting with "al" means "on the corner of Orto del Conte"). The neighbourhood at first seems unfriendly, with lots of rubbish and noise, but it seems safe and in our room we were not disturbed by noise at night. It's the tipical chaotic marketplace neighbourhood, and a non-turistic part of Naples, yet in an excellent location, close to the central station and the train station to Pompei

Locality of Hotel was little bit strange in poor quarter, but very good situated near centre of the city.

This is worst hotel i've ever been.Location is in some very bad neighborhood.If you want some extreme experiance this is the place.The hole city is a big disapointment.

Very helpful and friendly family-run hotel, very close to centre of city.

Very noisy outside at night, beds not that comfortable, were woken up to banging on our door - never found out why. It was very hard to find and a very small sign - walked past it a few times before finding it.

Good location; frienldy helpfull staff.

Anything written about Napoli is true. Some feeling of thread in dirty streets. Groups of 13/16 years old ,boys and girls crossing around on scooters in the pedestrian area.. etc. If you don't mind, the city is wonderful

the fact it was in the city center

it was kind of cold during our stay (March) and the area is kind of dirty and weird.

Fantastica la cortesia del personale ed il loro modo "napoletano" di mettere a proprio agio i clienti. Totale libertà di movimento rispetto agli orari di accesso (ci hanno lasciato le chiavi del portone per cui potevamo muoverci senza alcun vincolo). La localizzazione della struttura è perfetta per muoversi dentro Napoli (sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici)

Le camere hanno una scarsa insonorizzazione che in alcuni momenti danno una scarsa sensazione di privacy (comunque la notte si dorme tranquilli).

L'hotel si trova in un vicolo un po' nascosto, quindi la prima volta ho impiegato del tempo a trovarlo (in realtà grazie ad una scorciatoia insegnatami dallo staff, è vicinissimo a Corso Umberto), dintorni poco sicuri la sera, pulizia delle camera non accuratissima ma decorosa, mancanza di un servizio di colazione.

テレビが非常に見づらい(ベッドの上にある)のと、場所が分かりづらくかなり迷った。

L'hotel est proche de la gare centrale et du "circumvesuviana" pour aller à Pompei et visiter le Vésuve. La chambre était propre et l'hôtel assez calme. Le personnel est amical.

Le quartier est assez effrayant, mais à vrai dire c'est le cas pour presque toute la ville. Il a la réputation d'être le plus dangereux de Naples, mais je n'ai cependant pas rencontré le moindre problèmes en 4 jours. Le personnel ne parle presque pas anglais, malgré tout leurs efforts pour être utiles, il est presque impossible de leur demander de vrais renseignements. La chambre n'était pas chauffée.

La disponibilità e la straordinaria cordialità fornitami dallo staff della struttura. Consiglio vivamente questa location poichè consente, usandola come punto di partenza, non solo di godere delle ricchezze stilistiche che la città offre ma respirare da un punto privilegiato la vera ed autentica "atmosfera partenopea".
