The hotel located in the place convenient. It place is silent, pure inside and not expensive. The coffee cappuccino was excellent.

Great owners!! They were so welcoming and accommodating!! Michael makes THE best cappuccino! It's the best thing to wake up to in the morning! We were greatful to have him. We are 2 relatively young female travellers not familiar with the area and he made us feel safe and provided us with everything we needed from a hair dryer to recommendations for lunch and everything between... 2 thumbs up!

No shower door/curtain

Basic accommodation but very clean. No stinking carpets here but easy to clean tiles in room and bathroom. Clean good bed with proper pillows. All you need when you spend most of the day in town. The people where very friendly and provided a lot of information about Naples and had good tips about the public transport. The place was a bit noisy at times, but no traveler should be without earplugs! The location is: - Close to the public transport, airport bus and market. - A real Naples street: narrow and run-down and with the compulsory dripping washing... . but once inside you can close the double glass window and lower the Louvre for complete darkness. Good that there are still places that offer the basics and do it well!

Given the price: nothing...

Michael and Maria were wonderful hosts. They were extremely helpful and made very effort to make us feel comfortable and safe in Naples. The facilities were a bit run down but for us this was not and issue. I think this is a good place for travellers that want to get the feel of Naples. thank very mich Micheal and Maria.

Everything. Maria Pia and Michael are the most welcoming of hosts. He is a fantastic baker, wonderful barista and really kind man. Maria is the bomb! Super cool, very helpful, super funny to just hang and chat with. The neighbourhood was really central, market beside it is really cheap, great cafe on the corner, fantastic pizza marinara close by...but the coffee at the hotel is even better than Starbucks, right Michael:-) I even extended my stay an extra day...but while Naples is not for everybody, personally I loved it. And, since it was my birthday they made a cappuchino and little cake for me...need I say more! If you want value for the dollar, and a warm and homey atmosphere, this is hands down the place to stay.

The directions supplied by Booking.com are odd. There is a much simpler way to find it by just walking down Umberto and turning left at a boutique called Fergi and walking two short blocks...way, way easier that way. That way, I could make it to Napoli Centrale in ten minutes if not less.

The services regarding the room comfort was terrible.Heater wasn't working,the bathroom drainage was terrible,and was never a 2star hotel,whoever gave de 7.4rating was unfounded.

Bathroom was terrible... It was clean, but too small and the shower was a joke... There was no soap or shower jel present... Just a hand wash. Beds were not comfortable and kept on making noise... Not happy with the stay apart from nice people who run it

Very authentic Napoli accommodation. maximum 10 mins walk from the main station(with backpack), not easy to find without a map or GPS. At first it feels like a dodgy hotel in dodgy alley but once you get comfortable with the city, it will feel like a very safe place....Surrounding alleys are not a best place to walk around at night but location is very well connected to the city centre. Staff is extremely helpful and dressed in a manner that it feels like its there own home....which feels like a guest house rather than a hotel....they should try and advertise this as a guest accommodation rather than force it to be a hotel.

Rooms are big but not very well decorated....bathroom is huge. I was there only for one night it didn't bother me but their shower was blocked and had no shower curtain, which made the whole bathroom wet.

Very friendly people running it, The location was convenient for travel to sights. Great to have a hotel that felt like it was a part of the city and local culture.. Was amazing value for money and had a great time.

Michele (o proprietário) é inacreditavelmente solícito. Pessoa muito generosa e atenciosa, capaz de lhe dar dicas preciosas sobre Napoli. Além disso, o hostel é localizado perto da estação central e oferece um quarto duplo muito digno, com cama e comodidades boas.

A zona perto do hostel pode ser consideravelmente hostil pra quem não sabe andar por ela. Aconselho que você peça dicas de como chegar ao proprietário; Caso contrário, você se arrisca a entrar por becos sujos e esquisitos, e se perder em um mercado aberto de higiene questionável, altamente antipático. No mais, o banheiro continua sem cortina no box (reclamação que eu já tinha lido anteriormente), o que faz com que o banheiro fique uma verdadeira piscina depois do banho.

Dos amigas que queriamos visitar Napoles via internet seleccionamos este hotel. Cuando llegamos a la puerta, luego de pasar por el mercado callejero, nos asombramos porque esta quedado en el tiempo, y luego de una terrible experiencia en Roma, estabamos un pooco decepcionadas con los alojamientos que ofrece booking.Pero al entrar la encargada resulto encantadora y su socio, que llego de inmediato, sumamente amable y solicito, nos ofreció café hecho por el mismo y una explicacion de la ciudad realmente util, acompañada de un mapa. Las habitaciones muy bien presentadas y limpias, eran justo lo solicitado. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidas y entendidas. El desayuno en la terraza de un barrio tipico de Napoles es increible. Hay alguien en recepcion a todas horas. Cómodas como nunca imaginamos que estariamos, volveremos a este hotel cuando regresemos el proximo año. El barrio tipico del Napoles de las peliculas, basura en las calles, ropa tendida de balcon a balcon. Pintoresco por demas, hombres mujeres y niños hablando a los gritos y preguntandonos solicitamente "que buscan" para indicarnos perfectamente la manera de llegar. Este hotel esta perfectamente situado para conocer la verdadera Napoles. Encantador y recomendable por demas.

Отличный отель, персонал просто потрясающий! готовят завтраки на терассе, также есть выход на терассу из некоторых номеров, где можно вечером посидеть и выпить отличного итальянского вина и скушать настоящую неаполитанскую пиццу! Шопинг в шаговой доступности.

очень романтичное место для познания неаполя. расположен в глубине старых улочек со всеми атрибутами этого города: вечное белье на балконах, сумасшедшие мотороллеры в узких переулках, подозрительные личности на перекрестках. рукой подать до центрального вокзала, вокзала на помпеи, и пристани на капри. внизу небольшой супермаркет. есть WiFi. главное достоинство этого отеля - его хозяин микеле, который берет под свою бережную опеку каждого гостя. он потратил на нас около часа, разрабатывая маршрут по неаполю (на англо-итальянском), во время которого угощал нас своим великолепным капучинно, отмечал на своей карте достопримечательности и уточнял прогноз погоды. итальянские завтраки его приготовления великолепны.

были в начале апреля, было прохладно в номерах по ночам, кроме того, похоже в номерах нет кондиционеров.

Situé dans un quartier populaire, mais très calme, l'hôtel est très bien placé pour découvrir le centre historique à pied, mais aussi les sites du golfe (Herculanum, Pompei) via la gare du Circumvesuviana qui est juste à côté. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
