Loved the location. Because of the great location, it is in the city and can be a little noisy.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My room was small (single) but very well appointed. I loved that the location was only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and 5 to the train station. Overall a very nice property and I would stay here again.

The most importantthings your going to want to find in a b&b are the room and the breakfast. Our room was great. It was large and beautiful. And the breakfast was always great too with homemade breads and yogurt and other options it was great. The location is also excellent only being a few minutes from the train station and duomo. Finally the cleaning lady was excellent every day we came back to a very clean room and fresh towels. The noise was a little annoying. In the mornings we could hear dishes clanging were people eat and outside can be rather loud too.

The location is not only central but also very convenient, for it is also very close to the main railway station (S.M. Novella). The room was lovely, comfortable and impeccably clean, in a very nice building. Breakfast could be improved with greater selection of local products. Juices were not that great.

The staff, Christian and his companion, were extremely helpful and had a good spirit about them. The place was very quaint, cozy and clean; and their breakfast was simple yet delicious and just right for a traveler. Furthermore, its location is just within walking distance of pretty much everything you need to see and be by in Florence.

An amazing place. The room was spacious and luxurious. There was a desk, a comfy chair, a very comfy bed, a minibar with local products and a chandelier! I was not disturbed by noise from outside (the room was facing a side road) or from inside. The breakfast had a range of homemade products - including homemade bread and yogurt and I was asked what strength of capuccino I wanted! I've lived and travelled in Italy and breakfasts are not usually anything to rave about. This was fab. There was a lift if you needed it. All the staff were lovely and really accomodating. The location is close enough to the station to walk with your cases and very very close to absolutely everything. Within an hour of arriving, I had wandered streets and was working my way through famous galleries! I travel on my own, so safety is always an issue... no problem here at all. Florence is an amazing city - but you can do too much and need a bit of time to chill out with a book in your room. This room was nice enough to chill out in. I loved it all. I've spent hours trying to find the perfect place and reading reviews. Don't deliberate - the next time I'm in Florence, this will be my number one choice.

We loved to stay at the Alloro B&B. We spent two nights there and enjoyed the fantastic setting of an old renovated Florence palace. The room was spacious and we were completely independent for getting in and out. The location is very convenient and attractive. Just a few minutes from the train station and the historical centre: the Dome and the market. This has been very useful because since we did have a car we managed to easily go to and from the station when needed, without looking for taxis and at the same time we were close to the major locations. The staff was very nice and helpful. One morning my partner needed to go hospital and we came back after 10 AM after the breakfast time but the staff has been so kind to serve us breakfast anyways. Being in the center of Florence, the B&B does not offer parking space but it is quite normal for accomodation providers in the center of Florence. There are available parking spaces out of the city centre. You won't need the car to get around Florence.
