Cleanliness of the room and the small bar fridge option. The breakfast was also delicious
More assistance to help with booking sight seeing
We were most impressed with all aspects of Allora, particularly the location close to the railway station, the spacious size and cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. We would have no problem with recommending this B&B to other travellers. Tony & Judith Kelly.
The hotel between trainstation and landspaces,it's good.
The room is too small too dwarf.
Atmosphere, decoration, location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, gives you a feeling of staying in a little Palazzo.
Slow and unstable Wi-Fi
very good car parking nearby, close to all main attractions, excellent restaurant next door, very friendly staff.
no high chair at breakfast, otherwise no complaints
Receptionist was very helpful, welcoming, and pleasant. The room was very clean and cute.
Shower was small
The location is perfect. Spacious room, Bed/pillows comfortable. Loved having tea pot in the room. Very clean. Lovely staff! My husband had a cough and the cleaning lady told me what to get him at the pharmacy. Very nice breakfast with homemade yogurt and breads.
The staff was very nice, the housekeeper helped me carry my bag up and down stairs to get to my room. They have optional snacks and beverages you can purchase in your room. Quiet building.
The building shares the space with other businesses and hotels. This, along with Florence's multiple numbering of the same building, made finding the hotel somewhat difficult. Also, you had to be buzzed inside then go up one elevator to check in (which had fast closing doors!) and then down and back up another elevator, then down a half flight of stairs to get to my room. Once found and settled this was not a problem, but arriving after being lost with luggage, it can be trying.
Wine in the room and snacks
Staff not helpful for tourist info
very clean room, enough space for 3 adults, very comfortable matresses, quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to main atractions.
poor breakfast,it has to be improved
The room(27) ceiling is paint like a those of museum. Good bed, huge room, good breakfast place, good choice.
Location, easy walk to many attractions.
Room was close to lobby noises.
Staff was great and very helpful, location was superb, and breakfast had a lot of varities.
The room was rather old, needed redecoration and bathtub did not function well.
The location. Homemade yogurt for breakfast. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was fine for three, just a little out-dated.
Charged for in-room snacks except for tea/coffee and corn nuts.
Excellent B&B! Excellent location, roomy, great breakfast, very clean, nice old building. I would definitely stay here again.
Wifi worked well but it was a little bit slow.
We had a huge corner room, very nicely furnished, including a sitting area w couch and armchairs. Breakfast was great! Location is perfect if you go by train, literally five minutes walk from the train station and a couple of minutes from the duomo.
Staff was ok, but not particularly friendly.
I've stayed here 4 nights and very impressed about this place. The Location, Room, Toilet, Breakfast and Stuff are perfect!! Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a place to stay in Firenze.
Location and room decor
Some early morning noise
The decor of the room Breakfast
Poor and small bathroom. Dreadful shower. Asked for double bed, got two very uncomfortable beds pushed together with unpleasant gap. Difficult to sleep. Very expensive parking facilities. Staff competent but unwelcoming and dour. Not good value for money. Will not return.
Everything is with in walking distance and a great restaurant, Ciro & sons in just out the front door.
Outstanding location: 10 min. walk from the central train station and 5 min. walk to the Duomo. Nice European breakfast. 500 yr. old building with charm.
Great location close to the train and all the major sites. Very comfortable beds, and very quiet at night.
We stayed for five nights. Everything was good, but it lacks the personal touch that make a place great. Seems more business like- no warm reception, no inquiry as to how things were. When I asked for a second cappuccino in the morning, they would accommodate my request, but not graciously. Pretty minor stuff in the scope of things.
Location is very strategic
Reception is unfriendly, room isn't clean enough and the images at web is far away from the reality
I liked the location of the hotel and the large size of the rooms. Also the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.
I thought the owner and his father were rather stuffy. They did not seem very friendly and acted bothered if a guest needed help with something.
