The staff were friendly and helpful, great advice for public transport. Wi-fi was excellent in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The location was an easy 5min walk to the metro. We loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast which was great- pastries, fruit cereal, yoghurt and coffee.

It took us a while to work out how to open the window, so we found our room quite stuffy until then.A Quick mention when we arrived would have helped. The only other slight negative was that the water built up a bit before running away from the shower cubiclel

Very friendly atmosphere. The staff is very helpful in every way. Good breakfast (excellent cappuccino!). Nice terrace. Good location with bus and taxi stop around the corner and Termini station only one block away. Very good restaurant on the ground floor, so you don't need to go far when you're tired in the evening. Surprisingly, we heard birds singing in the morning, where one would expect a lot of traffic...

Room has 4 keys which are apartmantdoor,maingate, house and room like HOME whenever you want to come you easily enter like your home :)

Elevator doesnt come to hotel floor because of roof you must use stairs for one floor

The staff was great! Kor and the owners are very helpful. It was close to the terminal for easy train and bus access.

The room was nicely decorated, owners are so kind and will help anytime (we were with 5 year old boy and the owner put the TV in our room to enable him to watch cartoons). Homey feel.

Maybe the WIFI should be available in rooms.

Very warm welcome,staff very friendly,nothing was too much trouble.Our third stay at this lovely hotel.We will be back when next in Rome

Can't think of anything negative.

I arrived at the B&B much earlier than expected, they offered me free breakfast while I waited for my room. They prepped another room for me so I wouldn't have to wait too long. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic!!! The shower was clean and spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay there! Location is close to Termini station so if you need to take the train to other cities, it's very convenient!

There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the common area.

We enjoy our stay very much. The B&B is very clean, and comfortable. And the B&B owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to your help when we are in big trouble. We will stay again when back to Rome someday.

Location: quite near to Rome Termini, just less than 10 minutes walk. In-side Deco: warm room with beautiful skylight. Cozy bed and pillow. Staff: Hotel staff is kind and polite. Wifi: although the introduction on booking.com says that there's no wifi in the room, we can still access to internet in the lounge and the room beside the lounge. Not so speedy, but okay for us.

Some facilities in the bath room is a little bit simple and crude.

I stayed in this hotel with my family. Owner and staff are very friendly. Small but beautiful and very clean place for accommodation.

The room was lovely & cozy.Great place to relax after hard day of shopping & sightseeing. Beautiful terrace for breakfast or just having tea with friends. Excellent service by Kor & Andrea. Will definitely recommend to friends &families.

No TV or radio in the room. \will be perfect if the elevator goes up to the 5th level.

Wonderful little bijou top floor hotel very close to Rome Terminii. Greeted very warmly by manager who carried our (cruise luggage) bags from the lift. Delightful room and bathroom with sloping ceilings (mind your heads) and views over rooftops. Lovely bathroom with good shower and hairdrier. Very comfy bed. Fabulous little roof terrace where we took a very nice breakfast and where there were comfy sofas and parasols for lounging, drinking wine etc. Would definitely stay again - absolutely gorgeous.

The location is great with Roma Termini close by and most tourist attractions within walking distance.Breakfast on the roof top terrace is also very nice!

Loved this little b&B. Very close to the station and the owner is extremely accommodating. He really wants you to enjoy your stay. Rooms are basic but very clean. Rooftop deck is just lovely.

A pleasant family run B&B with spacious rooms & baths. Stayed here for 2 nights and we were very pleased with the place & owners. Andrea & his family were very helpful. The location is quite convenient too. Walking distance to the Termini Station, there's a hop on- hop off bus station around the corner too making travel in Rome a breeze. A nice restaurant just below the B&B, La Famiglia is also a must try.

A beautiful place to stay - clean,quiet, nicely designed rooms. Georgeous sunny terrace for breakfast. Great location for easy travel intercity.!

The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very nice, we enjoyed using that space in the evening as well. The room was nicely decorated with a cool skylight.

No wifi. The bathroom was not very clean and there was not very often anyone around to ask questions or advise. While being close to Termini was convenient, it was not the nicest part or Rome.
