The staff were really nice, room was very big and clean and the beds were really comfy. The facilities were nice too, there's a heated outdoor pool, and an indoor-outdoor hot tub, as well as an indoor pool and sauna. We played both tennis (on clay) and paddle (indoors) for which the hotel provided all the rackets and balls etc. (€5/pp for paddle, tennis free). Breakfast had a pretty good selection although not much in terms of hot food. We had late travel arrangements on our last day and although we weren't able to checkout late due to new guests arriving, the staff had absolutely no issues at all with us hanging around and using the facilities, like the pool, until the afternoon, which was really lovely.

Servizio e accoglienza al primo posto,persone veramente gentili ed educate e pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza,tutto perfetto dalla camera alla spa ma sopratutto il ristorante, la cena era veramente ottima con proposte di menu diverse ogni giorno,piatti eccellenti e pieni di sapori. Colazione a buffet super ricca,c’è molta scelta ma sopratutto quasi tutta a KM 0, ha soddisfatto ogni aspettativa questo hotel,dalle attività che vengono proposte ogni giorno ma anche all’attenzione per il cliente, consiglio vivamente questo hotel e senza ombra di dubbio ci ritornerò!

Notre chambre était très agréable avec un petit balcon, une superbe vue et une grande qualité de literie. Le personnel est charmant et très attentif. Nous avons pu randonner dans les environs avec le conseil du personnel de la réception qui nous a fourni un plan. Très bon séjour.
