room very comfortable and clean breakfast excellent (didnt have dinner) staff friendly bar lovely price too expensive especially given hotel was practically empty disappointed not to have been told first day about shuttle bus to ski lifts

Apart from being a very good hotel the restaurant is one of the very best we have eaten at.We have benn lucky enough to eat at some of the finest places around the world and this was right up there.It astonished us.We decided to take the half board break on arrival and could not believe the quality and presentation of the food.This was made all the more remarkable by the very moderate price of the half board additional rate at 20 Euro per person .

Todo excelente y de primer nivel No es referente al hotel sino a que booking me dice que hay mucha demanda que no queda alojamiento y al llegar está todo el pueblo de Madonna di Campiglio vacio. Ya nos pasó lo mismo el año pasada en Val d Isere me siento engañada deberian advertir que hay muy pocos hoteles abiertos por la poca demanda en la fecha,uso mucho booking pero esta actitud no me parece correcta por favor observar y reveer

отличный отель. я,думаю, лучший в мадонне. свежие номера с изысканной, качественной обстановкой, очень уютные. просторные санузлы с хорошей сантехникой. сервис на высоте. шикарный завтрак со своей очень вкусной выпечкой и горячими блюдами по меню. не выходя на улицу (в гараже) садишься в шаттл и едешь к любому подъемнику, а накатавшись звонишь в отель и говоришь где тебя забрать. нормальный спа-комплекс,где тебя не заставляют раздеваться догола не немецкий манер, как в других отелях мадонны. все супер последние пару лет все время пишу отзывы, и впервые нечего написать в красном поле.

Il personale è gentile ed affabile tranne in ristorante dove pressapochismo e saccenza la fanno da padroni. La spa è ridicola, e tenuta male, l'acua della piscina fredda. Il personale del ristorante è stato scortese, tenendo occupati I migliori tavoli per il breakfast a clienti ipotetici che dovevano ancora arrivare. La colazione scadente con bassa offerta di prodotti e livello di qualità medio-basso. L'arredo ormai obsoleto ed I servizi appena sufficienti. Il Wifi in camera era a bassissima velocità e complicato nel collegamento. Le stanze troppo calde con difficoltà di regolare la temperatura interna. Il servizio Sky solo a pagamento anche per I canali cinema usualmente oferti dappertuto gratuitamente. Concludendo ottime foto sia nel vostro sito che nella brochure dell'hotel che giustificavano I 200 euro a notte ma nella realtà è stat una brutta esperienza!

Этот отель один из самых лучших, который я посещал когда нибудь, никогда не видел, чтобы персонал настолько получал удовольствие от своей работы! номера простые в стиле шале, очень аккуратные и чистые, просторные. Мы отдыхали там с 2 детьми 4 и 7 лет, все относятся в этом отеле с особой нежностью к детям, особенно хозяйка бара! очень уютно сидеть вечером у камина семьей. Необычайно вкусный ресторан, меню меняется каждый день, но если вам что то запомнилась из вчера, вам с радостью приготовят это заново, что очень порадовало наличие детского меню. 5-7 мин пешком до центра и до подъемника. Или в любую минуту туда вас готов доставить трансфер. ни одного минуса

Albergo pienamente all'altezza della località. In buona sostanza l'accoglienza ed i servizi offerti, sia dall'albergo che dalle strutture commerciali esterne (guide alpine incluse) ci hanno permesso di trascorrere un weekend speciale e molto rilassante.

Accoglienza da parte del personale molto buona, gentile e competente. La tranquillità dell'albergo ideale x un soggiorno in coppia. Molto buona e abbondante la prima colazione. Nota di merito al garage dell'albergo pulitissimo e funzionale. Nessuna nota negativa rilevante.

Ambienti molto accoglienti e curati. Il locale della prima colazione è davvero particolare e piacevole con ottima e ampia scelta dolce/salata. La seppur ottima cucina, non prevedeva nel menu una proposta completa per clienti vegetariani.

La srtuttura, l'accoglienza, il servizio di navetta a disposizione, le cene della mezza pensione. La colazione del mattino carente come tipologia di piatti proposti (non esiste neppure la possibilità di tostare il pane). La mancanza di climatizzazione delle stanze.

Het Alpen Suite Hotel is top!!! De ligging van het hotel is goed de kamer was super!!! Het eten... subliem of je in een exclusief restaurant met ster aan het eten bent! Het personeel is ook geweldig. Wij kunnen alleen maar een woord hierover zeggen en dat is TOP we komen hier zeer zeker weer terug wij hebben hier met volle teugen genoten. Er viel niets tegen ik kan dus niet beoordelen hoe het in de winter is aangezien het hotel dan volgeboekt is maar nogmaals in de zomer top. Het is wel een rustig dorp dus als je niet van bergwandelen houdt moet je hier niet wezen.

Sehr schöne Suiten, wir hatten eine der kleineren Kategorie, aber dennoch sehr komfortabel, gute Küche, nette Mitarbeiter Die Mitarbeiter sprechen kein deutsch und größtenteils kaum englisch, so dass die Kommunikation - wenn man nicht gerade italienisch spricht - eher schwierig ist.

This Hotel is in very conveniant location for tourists. All restaurant and supermarket were close by. The scenery is fantastic and fabulous. Recommend to have a car to see more places around. The internet is not as good as it should be, it keeps cutting in the rooms most of the time.
