This is very nice hotel with breathtaking view from the balcony. Close to the beach on the lake and short walk into the town. Beach towels if you want to go to the lake. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Paola and Renzo. The hotel is easy to find if you travel by car. What else to say..., it is our first choice when we come back. Quality of both accomodation and eating (buffet breakfast with large choice, dinner with two choices for entry and main dish). Warm welcome by the hosts and extrreme kindness of the whole staff. Useful recommendations from Renzo and Paola (the owners) on what to visit and how to go, in addition to information on local events. Overall the children are welcome and are the subject of particular attention in any respect. Constant de satisfaire avant tout vos clients. Votre "flexibilité" pour répondre aux desiderata des enfants encore jeunes mérite une mention particulière. Three generations are working for the wellness of the guests.

Les patrons et le personnel donnent envie de revenir Ils ne sont pas havard d explications et nous renseignent sur le programme de la journée . vraiment un agreable séjour . Nous y reviendrons !!

Personnel sympatique accueillant et très à l'écoute. Propreté des chambres et en général. Petit déjeuner bien Repas bien hôtel à recommander. Nous étions en même temps qu'un groupe d'allemands + que très bruyants dans les couloirs le matin à 6 h 30. Heureusement ils ne sont restés qu'un seul jour.

La cortesia e gentilezza da parte della staff, specialmente di Renzo e Paola, che ci hanno fatto sentire come in famiglia. L' albergo nuovo e moderno, camera pulita e vista lago dal terrazzo.. da consigliare a tutti.

Posizione vicino all'imbarcadero per le isole Borromee. Ottima colazione al buffet. Camere confortevoli e ben arredate. Ristorante con pesce di lago con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La disponibilità dello staff, la posizione, la presenza del parcheggio interno. le pareti della camera avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescatina. Inoltre sarebbe stata apprezzata la presenza in camera di un minibar.

Tout: l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement, les conseils judicieux prodigués pour les excursions, le personnel parlant français, certains très bien, d'autres faisant des efforts. Nous y avonspassé un très bon moment. Un conseil : demandez la chambre 38 : vue magnifique sur le lac et aussi sur la montagne.

המלון קרוב מאד לסופרמרקט, למרכז העיירה שם ניתן למצוא מסעדות ובתי קפה וגם למקום ממנו יוצאות ההפלגות לאיים (שזו האטרקציה העיקרית באגם). ארוחת הבוקר סבירה מאד יחסית לארוחות הבוקר הדלות באיטליה. חנייה פרטית באתר וחוף קרוב. השירות במלון טוב.
