Staff were extremely helpful. Nicely decorated. Good location. Very comfortable for a City break. Excellent value for money. We would return here. No wheat free or dairy free options for breakfast, even though I requested it when booking. No kettle or tea making facilities in room. Road noise was noticeable at night time and did wake me a few times. |

Not be able to speak/read Italian, it was difficult to find the actual hotel reception. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor; the other floors are just apartments. |

It was quiet but adjacent to the heart of the city - could walk to lots of places and catch public transport easily. Basic comfort and good breakfast. It was a little confusing on arrival trying to locate reception - could improve the signage. |

The hotel is rigth in the centre of the town - a great location. Lovely old fashoined lift. |

The hotel was located inside the city with short walking distance from all the attractions. Air condition was only on when the room key was inside the room meaning that after being away for a while the room was pretty hot. |

Rooms were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Central location just 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Carlo. Internet access in room was free. The breakfast was very poor, no fresh bread and the juice/fruit was from cans. We complained to the reception and the manager was rude to us. |

The hotel was very good value for money, excellent location, parking available and within easy walk to restaurants, shops, river. Very helpful, friendly reception staff who spoke English. A good sized room, very clean, well maintained and with air conditioning. We are happy to recommend this hotel. Directions to get to the hotel we found confusing and difficult to follow. We ended up going a different way. |

Quiet hotel: room in the back; clean & comfortable. Nice location, near center and the river Po! Very friendly staff (reception and breakfast room) Breakfast all right, delicious coffee! Facilities great (minibar, fresh towels every day, toweling hotel slippers, bathroom facilities, airco) |

Good location for what we wanted to see. Staff very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the breakfast. Only down-side was its distance from Porta Nuova - but then it would not have been near what we wanted to see. |

Very good location for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are quite noisy because of the main street. The isolation is good but in spring if you keep the windows open youcannot sleep! |

The Hotel was ideally located near to the Piazza Vittorio Veneto and the beautiful tree lined River Po. Convenient walking distance for tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. A friendly welcome by all staff who were also very helpful. The room was clean, bright and comfortable, in all a very relaxing visit. It was always nice to get back to the hotel after a day's walking and sightseeing! |
