Fantastic hotel for visiting Turin. Great central location.

The breakfast was limited and was getting over quickly if you reach late. The lift was very old and the doors were not getting locked automatically. So some people didn't close the door several times and we had to take the stares with our little son.

It was close to the city center. Good breakfast.

Our room overlooked a side street & there was an outside cafe below our window with noisy patrons. We did not sleep well.

The staff very friendly , professional service. Rooms clean and the location in heart of city center. Parking available with early reservation with good price, the cheapest around. The price for the stay very acceptable. Stay in this hotel if you need to be in center of the city.

The walls were very thin and we could here the people in the room next to us talking and snoring.

A little bit noise - there is a street cafe/restaurant at the windows (from one side). Немного шумно - у нас окна выходили на уличное кафе/ресторан.

Very near to many interesting places and perfect communications very close, big room , good beds, and a big bathroom with perfect shower and bidet, open 24 hours with very good service

Ideally located for the city centre and river. Man at desk was very helpful and took time to look for the ideal route to the Grand St Bernard Pass which was our journey the next day. He also helped out for places to see in the city. Room was small but clean. Parking on site no problem although could be a little bit tight for anything bigger than a small hatchback! Breakfast and breakfast bar quite nice.

Very tricky to find once you get there! Although there are signs at ground level, it didn't seem immediately apparent that the hotel reception and hotel itself is actually on the third floor. Access by stairs or a very small lift (my partner had to take herself and our two cases while I took the stairs!). When entering by car through the courtyard entrance you have to be quick in lining up as trams run right by! The aircon in our room did seem to make a noise when switched on but didn't appear to work and therefore it was a somewhat hot and stuffy night. As was only a one night stay we did not pursue this.

Loved the quirky lift. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.Rooms clean and well equiipped.It was great having wi-fi everywhere.

The hotel is located in a noisy area of Turin. Its ideally situated if u want to be out clubbing all night and/or not disturbed by shouts and trams. No other faults.

This hotel was excellent, the location is brilliant the rooms good and its great value for money. nice restaurants in the square 1 min away as much nightlife as you will ever need on river bank 2 mins away I can not think of a single complaint about our stay

I regret I never learned any of the receptionists' names with the exception of Antonio. The manager was particularly helpful with her knowledge of the city. Everyone was extremely professional, attentative, kind, and went out of their way to be helpful The room was immaculate and of ample size. The price was extremely reasonable for what you received.

Our only problem was the shower with the half door. I never quite mastered not getting the floor wet. We were on the third floor, however, and the fourth floor had just been completely renovated with more modern furniture and an enclosed shower.

Very good location - right in the city centre. Reasonable breakfast.

The a/c did not work one night and it was very hot. Repaired the next day and everything was wonderful after that. Cheryl

I liked the hotels central location to many of Turino's tourist sites, restaurants and shops.

The size of the room was small and the bathroom minute but comfortable enough for our overnight stay.

Location. Car park. Silence. Proximity of interesting things to do. Good beds.

Breakfast à little bit under the right level. Coffee extra. But the rest......below the expected level. 3Rd floor reception. Bathroom in the dark....a very little light.... The price on Booking.com is the standard price.....to get a discount it is preferable and requested by the manager to call direct by phone and you get -5%.........funny- isn't ?????

Location was good

Dismal room, cheap amenities provided. Tiny bathroom with sink and shower not draining properly. Policy about only changing towels every three days. Breakfast not very good ,stale rolls every morning, breakfast room hot and noisy. Elevator scary it was so old and tiny, parking not available as expected. The place was bleak and unappealing. Staff were helpful when asked but not overly friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to centre and all main points of interest. I definitelly reccomend this hotel to stay.

The hotel is situated in the central part of the city. It is clean

The hotel is situated on the 3rd and 4th floors of the old building (the ceilings are high), and there is no elevator to take the luggage to the 4th floor. The elevator from the ground floor to the hotel is old and sometimes does not react to the call. The street was extremely noisy at night. The coffee (and breakfast) was served in disposable cups. And the last but not least, Giorgia (if it is the right writing of the name) was the most unfriendly hostess I have met in more than hundred hotels I have stayed at. Other persons were nice.
