Friendly, helpful staff. My room was a single, so it was small, but beautifully compact and spotlessly clean - the shower room was particularly well designed. The tray of snacks and minibar were a nice touch, even though I didn't use them. The location is great - practically next to the River Po and the beautiful Piazza Vittorio Venetto, which has many great cafes/restaurants (the staff gave us excellent advice here). Despite the busy location the Via Bonatou itself is relatively quiet, and many of the rooms (mine was one) overlook the central courtyard, so are very peaceful. This combined with a great mattress meant that I had a wonderful night's sleep. Overall, excellent value for money. Only one point, which was not relevant for me, but might be for somebody else: To get to the lift that takes you up to the third floor (where the Reception is) you need to go up three steps - so, not accessible to wheelchair users. |

Staff were extremely helpful. Nicely decorated. Good location. Very comfortable for a City break. Excellent value for money. We would return here. No wheat free or dairy free options for breakfast, even though I requested it when booking. No kettle or tea making facilities in room. Road noise was noticeable at night time and did wake me a few times. |

Not be able to speak/read Italian, it was difficult to find the actual hotel reception. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor; the other floors are just apartments. |

It was quiet but adjacent to the heart of the city - could walk to lots of places and catch public transport easily. Basic comfort and good breakfast. It was a little confusing on arrival trying to locate reception - could improve the signage. |

The hotel was located inside the city with short walking distance from all the attractions. Air condition was only on when the room key was inside the room meaning that after being away for a while the room was pretty hot. |

Rooms were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Central location just 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Carlo. Internet access in room was free. The breakfast was very poor, no fresh bread and the juice/fruit was from cans. We complained to the reception and the manager was rude to us. |

The hotel was very good value for money, excellent location, parking available and within easy walk to restaurants, shops, river. Very helpful, friendly reception staff who spoke English. A good sized room, very clean, well maintained and with air conditioning. We are happy to recommend this hotel. Directions to get to the hotel we found confusing and difficult to follow. We ended up going a different way. |

Good location for what we wanted to see. Staff very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the breakfast. Only down-side was its distance from Porta Nuova - but then it would not have been near what we wanted to see. |
