Close to Termini train station. Free wifi. Good continental breakfast. Quad room extremely small - not suitable for 4 people at all. Wished I had chosed other options. Too expensive. Walls not sound-proof, neighbours kept us awake.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room clean and comfotable bed. Close to main station. Decor of room was drab/ shabby. I paid extra for a superior room but was very dissappointed with the standard of the room. Changed room after first night but it was only slightly better. Rooms need a refurbishment to be classed as four star superior. I was expecting a lot better for 230 euros a night!!

Poximity to trin station. Excellent breakfast. Nicely decorated. Had charm Bathroom would be difficult for someone who was not in good shape. Tub very high up to get into. Toilet area very tight. Would be tough for a fat person.

Just 5 minutes from the termini, this stylish hotel offered us a peaceful, relaxing and a very comfortable stay. Our deluxe room had a nice little balcony with a splendid view, a good bed and a small, but convenient bathroom with a mini jacuzzi. The staff was nice and helpful, the complimentary breakfast excellent and the wifi worked fine. We’ll come back on our next trip to Rome. The tiny elevator is sooo slow.

Everything was very good. Location, freindly staff, cozy, albait rather small, room, good breakfast etc. We had even balcony, unfortunately, useless in such weather like in this April.It is worth its money.

Handy to the Termini station, without being too close. Whilst a family hotel it didn't have any children out of control etc and a peaceful stay was enjoyed. The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable although the room a little small, it was fine for a short (3 night) stay. The reception was not helpful when we asked for confirmation of directions to a specific street. Indeed, it led us in entirely the wrong direction, fortunately we had time the evening before to check the location so that we made our early morning appointment on time.

Location , this hotel is located just 5 minutes from the termini. Friendly staff , nice complimentary breakfast . Room had a nice bed , bathroom was rather small but it did have a nice mini jacuzzi . Wireless worked fine whenever i needed it . Would have no problem at all to come back to Hotel Alpi on my next trip to Rome . Elevator is tiny and very slow !!!

Very convenient and quite(!) location, very good breakfast, comfortable room and excellent bed. Nice and pleasant stafff Some rooms have additional elevatror to get in - so small and slow and general elevatror is tiny too no shelves in the bathroom some walls are a bit worn out

It's clean, tidy and the breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly. Authentic Italian older style hotel The room was very small facing a courtyard at the back. It was also very noisy with paper-thin walls.

Nice small hotel, with very clean rooms and quite beautiful! The rooms have very comfortable beds. Free wifi everywhere in the hotel. Very close to the subway. Very close to the termini station.

Good location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty, but there was not hot food. Too high price for such room. Pictures of rooms on booking.com is not true. Room is old, too small and have other design. Bathroom is terrible and show was into the room, we couldn't close door in toilet, there was no lock and all the time door was open at all. Two stars is maximum.

Rooms construction were going on , very tiny lift and have to wait long for the lift . Very disappointed and left the hotel after one night , even I paid for 3 nights. Very disappointed with the hotel , tiny lift and you have to wait long time if you want lift , rooms construction was going on which made atmospher very dirty and unbearable . I had booking for 3 nights but left the hotel after staying first night . So disappointed with the services and booking .com
