Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean room and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast included. The concierge when we checked in was rude, disinterested and seemingly hostile. Poor directions about how to get to the hotel from website - Confusing. |

friendly & courteous staff with good recommendations to restaurants in the area that do not have "tourist menus". Convenient location close to Termini & metro. |

The rooms are tastefully decorated and although they are small they are very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good, the location to termini is excellent. On the first morning of my visit there was no water available in the hotel. This was a major inconvenience as I had flown in the night before and was looking forward to a shower before going into work. The hotel staff never offered us an apology and infact the receptionist snapped at my colleague for calling to see what was wrong, using the phrase 'I'm not a plumber what do you want me to do'. However we stuck it out and the hotel proved to be quite nice. |

The staff were quick to find a room with a shower as the first one only had a tub. Tiny rooms . It would have been a solid performance from a 3 star hotel, but stretching the imagination to rate itself 4 star. |

I had a problem with my shower on one day and when I brought it to the management's attention, at the end of my stay, the hotel took my internet access charge off the bill as a goodwill gesture. |

The room is clean and staffs are helpful. The hotel is near to a lot of Italian restaurants and a supermarket, making our stay even more convenient. Also, it is located bout 10 mins walk to the Termini station. It is a bit hard for us to locate the hotel initially cos the area are swarmed with hotels, however, not a big deal. |

We explored Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Enjoyed meals in the hotel and relaxing by the pool. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. |

It's very good for a budget hotel. Clean room. It's two blocks away from Termini train station. Surrounding area is full of restaurants and 10 blocks away from Via Venneto & shopping places. Staff is very friendly though its English was less than perfect. Breakfast is included in the price! Room's size was good, and tv had low-res internet for €8/day (if you didn't bring your laptop). Overall, it met our expectations. Only one bad thing: shower, shower, shower. 1) Our room did not have a shower curtain, but a poorly-seeled glass that covered just a part of what was needed. Result: water spilled all over the bath floor all the time. Probably I needed to learn a new "shower technique", but in five days I couldn't learn it. 2) Our room had a cord shower, but no place to hang it over, so all the time one of my hands was holding the thing and that was uncomfortable. Washing my hair was difficult with a single hand, to say the least. |

convenient to the transportation system of Rome. Buses, trains, and the metro are all just a 8 minute casual walk. Antonio at the desk is always most helpful. The breakfast room was understaffed, due to a tour group. Happened only on one day. |

I liked the Alpi Hotel, I had a great room on the 4th floor, really nice balcony with with table and chairs, nice view of the square, large windows, the room was spacious and had a flat screen tv. The bathoom was a bit odd, had a nice jacuzzi tub, but the shower nozzel was not affixed to the wall. |

The hotel was extremely well presented and very welcoming. The room was roomy and well decorated with a fully renovated bathroom. Hotel staff were more than accomodating and prompt in their service. All in all a great Hotel for a short stay in Rome. The only thing we could fault was the lack of signage from the road that meant we had to literally stumble into the hotel. |

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean room, air conditioned, with a fridge. Broad variaty of food offered for a breakfast, nice atmosphere, nice balcony (a light outside would be helpful). Overall liked the place. Problems with shower (water didn't run down from the basin), very small elevator, a little bit too cold (couldn't adjust air conditioning to the right level). |

The rooms were clean and the noise factor was completely not an issue. Very good job sound-proofing. We stayed on the 1st floor looking right out onto the street but we did not hear anything at all. Breakfast was ok, just a bit repeatative. The terrace on the 3rd floor is really nice and secluded, we stayed in August and it was pretty quiet. |
