The hotel was smart and clean. The breakfast was better than average for Italy. It did not feel like a special deal hotel. As we were familiar with Rome we knew that we were near Termnini and would have a good 20 min walk into the centre. This did not bother us, but may be something for other guests to consider. |

The bathroom is impressive and big but it is not feasible for usgae in my opinion. The TV cum PC is also interesting whereby I can use the Internet in my room with convenience. I was not too impressed with the breakfast variety considering that the hotel is considered a 4-star hotel. |

Location close to Termi was wonderful There was a heavy smell of mildew in the room. Probably because the large tub had an extendable shower nozzle, but no shower curtain. I can see how an ample amount of water can get outside the tub if you want to shower instead of bathe. |

it was very centrally located, close to Termini Station. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms warrant its 4 star rating. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The personal terrace outside of my room was beautiful. One small complaint, when the room next door used their shower it was sounded like an bus trying to crash into my room, but it was only for 5 minutes .... just happened to be 4am!!! |

the staff was helpful, informative and friendly. the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. breakfast excellent. hotel next to train station . it is a bit out if you want to walk around Rome, you have to use public transport to access places of interest |

Friendly staff Dark room, very clausterphobic. Shutters would not open, so had the light on most times. Coffee making facilities would have been nice. |
