With panoramic mountain views, Alpin Garden offers a wellness centre with an indoor pool. Bike rental is available and a free shuttle will take you to Ortisei and the ski slopes. Designed in an Egyptian style, the 2-level wellness centre includes hot tubs, 5 saunas and Turkish baths. Wellness rooms for relaxation, massages and beauty treatments are also available. The Alpin is set in lush surroundings, a short drive from the A22 Motorway. The resort features a garden hot tub and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Guests can also keep active in the on-site gym or at the nearby tennis courts. Rooms at the Alpin Garden are spacious and all have a patio or balcony. They are equipped with a CD player and LCD TV. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la discrezione ed il rapporto familiare ed anche professionale del titolare e della struttura tutta, attenta al benessere dei clienti l'assenza in bagno della vasca idromassaggio per la tipologia di camera

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr grosszügig und das Wellness ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Das Frühstück wie auch das Nachtessen ist sehr gut In unseren beiden Zimmern waren die Duschtüren und der Haarfön defekt. Es wurde in nützlicher Zeit ersetzt aber bei einem 5 Sternhotel darf man etwas anderes erwarten. Der Lift ist sehr langsam und funktioniert so la la. Das schlimmste war aber der Hotelchef. Er war sehr unfreundlichen, sehr arrogant, sehr überheblich und persönlich beleidigt. Als Gast war man nicht sicher wer nun der Gast im Hotel war. So etwas ist mir noch nie in einem Hotel passiert.

Camere voto 9: ampie, pulite e molto curate Staff voto 9. Wellness voto 10: fantastica, perfetta. Posizione voto 9: la val gardena è la Ferrari delle piste da sci. Cucina voto 6 : bene la colazione, ricca e con prodotti di qualità. La cena lascia a desiderare: piatti con intenti ricercati ma con risultati opinabili. Non all altezza della struttura ( che rimane comunque di ottimo livello) e del costo.

Хороший, комфортабельный отель. Уютно и не шумно. Хороший СПА. Особено понравлось разнообразие бань (солевая, финская, хамам и т.д.) Дети были в восторге от бассейнов (уличного и внутреннего). В отеле хорошо, но в апартаментах было лучше)

Понравилось все. Несколько дней в отеле было маленькое заселение, 4-5 номеров. Обслуживание было супер , спа и бассейны работали как для полного заселения, очень хорошо провели время.

Почти во всем понравился отель, но есть несколько претензий... Мне показалось что персонал отеля не очень то расторопный... На моем примере: за день до отъезда решил с вечера попросить счет за ресторан и мини бар, менеджера отеля не оказалось на месте, и менеджер ресторана связавшись с ним договорились о встрече за полчаса до моего отъезда (я выезжал в 7:45) и что минибас отеля отвезет меня в на автостанцию... В итоге менеджер не появился и я в 7:50 бежал на на автостанцию самостоятельно... И я еще не знаю что там насчитали за бар и мини бар, с карты деньги еще не снимали...

Personale arrogante Servizi hotel: Ascensore unico per tutto l'hotel in comune con personale di servizio. Rete wifi lentissima e spesso staccata. Posizione troppo lontana da qualsiasi luogo Nessun panorama perche' di fronte e retro montagne troppo alte a picco! Zona wellness molto ridotta con hall in comune con deposito sci e con piscina interna piccola! Di 5 stelle c'e' solo il prezzo!!

Servizi eccellenti in tutto! Il personale disponibile, gentile e molto educato, e il personale della Spa molto qualificato, ovviamente la zona benessere è una delle più belle che ho visto! Cucina degna di un 5 stelle, usano molti prodotti biologici e lo chef prepara dei piatti davvero ottimi. La colazione poi è molto ricca e ti preparano al momento qualsiasi cosa! Un posto eccezionale, in una località stupenda! I soldi spesi li valgono tutti!
