フロントがフレンドリーで親切。街の説明やレストランの紹介、ムラーノ島の送迎などをして頂きました。ムラーノの工場見学でも、無理矢理買わされるというようなことはありません。窓側の部屋に泊まりましたが、小さい運河が見えてよかったです。ヴァポレット乗り場や駅も近く。コストパフォーマンスが良く、いい滞在でした。 |

真夏の滞在に、エアコン完備の部屋は非常に快適でした。 せっかく趣のある古い建物を小さい部屋に細分化しすぎだと思いました。部屋は小さく暗かったです。朝食の中庭にははとが飛んできて大騒ぎでした・・・ |

Location, clean, staff and history of the hotel. The beds are way too small for 6 foot 3 inch people. the room was large and could easily take bigger beds. |

The staff were charming, friendly and well informed. They provided maps and information and the location was excellent for all sightseeing. The rooms really did overlook a canal - what a bonus! |

We had a perfect view when we lookt out of our hotel room. It was a quit inveronment so not to noisy at night. Breakfast was always the same. Not much choise. Could be more chose of food. |
