Close to Rome terminal. I asked in purpose if air-conditioning costs extra when I checked in (I knew it must be included anyways). It was replied that it costs extra but for us it was free... There are 2 hotels in one building. Both have individual lift. The one in our hotel broke down, so we had to use, not the other hotel's lift, but the third one belong to the building. I think the building is mixed with 2 hotels and normal residents. One night we entered the hotel through the third lift and saw kids running down with waste carton box. Possibly to sell the carton box for money??? The room was clean, but afterwards never cleaned, esp toilet, nor bed sheets were changed. Air con switches off by itself by central control to save energy (Same experience with us in Florence). Maybe as a family with a baby, we were offered the end room for its size, though not big at all, to fit the baby bed. The warm water pressure in shower hour was not enough for shower. (We asked for a room with bath tub, we did get one we can use, but it is much smaller than "standard" size) For cheap price this is what you will get, judge it yourself |

The staff were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to give information and guidelines for places to eat. There was only one lift and had long waiting time to get to breakfast |

Convenient to train station. Easy access to metro. Very helpful staff except for one young lady who said she did not speak English. Accordian folding bathroom door was noisy and funky to use. |

the hotel was very close to Termini station and Via Cavour. It was easy to get about. The breakfast was inclusive but not very good. I would have enjoyed some fresh fruit. Also there was no bath plug for the bath so no bath was possible for my elderly mother. |

Great location and no reason for any complaints. I got more what I expected for the price. Just a suggestion to serve better breakfast in terms of variety. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. (except the one from night to early morning who made me one 2 blocks in very cold weather to confirm my tour reservation instead of calling them as I requested.) The facilities were adequate and the place was near to the Train Station. |

staff was good enough and helpful. The location is not bad as well. It was not clean unfortunately. Very dusty. We stayed there for three nights and they didn't clean the room and bathroom, didn't change the linens. And in the mornings there was no hot water. |

Fairly convenient location. Breakfast choice was rather limited: jam, honey, chocolate, jam, honey, chocolate, ... |

It was convinent for bus and metro transport which made travelling round the city easy. There was only one lift and this is shared by two hotels and although there was stairs for fire escape there was no other means of getting to rooms which oftenn meant delays in getting down to breakfast or out of the hotel at busy times |

The hotel staff were very friendly and the accommodation, although basic, was comfortable. There is only one lift and no stairs so with everyone wanting to go to breakfast it sometimes took some time before you could actually get to the ground floor. |

Very convenient to metro, and train station. Plenty of places around to eat, go to internet cafe, and two blocks away where you can have your laundry done. Certain staff very helpful (did research on internet and arranged for reading lamp), others have limited English but willing attitude. Breakfast monotomous -- although okay for just a few days. Cereal, breads, coffee. No fruit, eggs, meat, or anything special. |

Otherwise then their managers being greedy for double booking rooms hotel stuff was friendly, especially young guy who helped me with getting around the city. I booked 4 bed room 5 months in advance. When I arrived, to my surprise, hotel already sold that room to somebody else so I had to be in 3 bed room with makeshift bed for first two days until I get my room. that room was very poorly cleaned, dusty and there was refrigerator mounted on the wall over makeshift bed (!! |
