Very central, close to Termini station, but quiet, though. A walk away from main monuments. Reasonably clean. Large room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast ok with free espresso. Would certainly come back. Good deal. Hotel quite old needing improvements. Not enough pressure for a decent shower and no curtain in the bathtub. Air conditioned not for free, but no need for it in springtime.

Great welcome, helpful staff, fab location, easy to find from Termini station, easy walk to the colosseum. The bed was clean and comfortable. No view, no balcony, shower was a bit sad, but bathroom was clean. Breakfast wasn't great.

The staff were very friendly, they explained to us how to go everywere and which places are interesting to go to. First the hot water from the tap is central heater and if other guests wake up and take a shower early you have to shower with cold water, very inconvinient. Second, on the last night our room was not cleaned however someone went in and moved somethings but didn't bother to clean the bathroom or make the bed.

Good location, near Termini Station. (easy to find and fine point to start every city trip) Friendly hotel staff, English speakers (good communication). Nice, clean & comfortable room. A place where i'd like to return and, for sure, easy recommend to my friends.

The hotel has a good location – 5 minutes from Termini station. It is very convenient for travelling because the shuttle from the Rome Ciampino airport is getting to that station. There is the metro station (Termini) next to the hotel. It is easy to get to the main sights by walk: Colosseum, Roman and Imperial Forums, Vittorio Emanuele II monument on the Venice square. One of the advantages of the hotel is the breakfast included to the cost. We were surprised when we found the toilet connected with shower in one place! We asked to change the room but it was possible in next day only! There is no carpet on the tiled floor in the living room. There are not enough hooks for towels hanging. When we asked about conditioner using we were offered to pay 15 euro/day for it.

I just liked the location of hotel. The room was on a narrow corridor, very noisy and very small, window was open to closed area (just like a prison!), the servis woman cleaning room was very rude, breakfast very poor. Photos of the hotel on website are misleading.

The location was excellent. Hotel is two minutes walk from main rail, bus and tram stations. Hotel was very quiet. Staff had little English though they tried to answer our questions. Standard room and ensuite are small and ours looked out onto the central dark courtyard. The upside of that was it was very quiet. Breakfast was continental and sweet things only, no toast and most days bread was hard buns only. No tea/coffee making facilities onsite during the day. Internet access only in foyer area.
