Good location, the staff working night shift on 23-Nov is very friendly and provide the accurate and sufficient information to us. It is very impressive to us comparing the service in Paris.
the staff were very good
i could hear the people in the next room use there toilet at all hours of the day and night. there were broken sockets in the room, i could not lock my door from the inside or outside, and i could not have a good nights sleep because of this. so i will not be going back to stay there
Clean, warm place. Our own bathroom. Good wifi. Helpful staff. Lacation is perfect.
No wifi at room. Week breakfast.
Situation ok. Clean sheets.
very oldfashion room and toilet. Tv remote controller didnt work.
Close to termini station
Infested with Bed Bugs No in-room internet only in the front lobby
Good location close to train station but at the safe side of it! Limited breakfast thu the fresh briosh was perfect! They do accept the Amex in difference with many hotels declaring it on booking.com for fake (example "the loft" just besides the Altavilla hotel!)
Very small and old room. The bathroom is horrible! The worst I've ever seen in my whole life traveling low cost all over the world!
very good location, some people of the hotel were nice,
but the bathroom was rather small, outside view from the window was terrible. Breakfast could be much better
One member of staff, on duty Sunday night, friendly and concerned.
Television not working and, despite the efforts of employee mentioned left, it was obvious that nothing was going to done about this over the following four days.
small but comfort hotel in a good location, near at bus station and termini
maybe a little bit more continental breakfast.
I like the location! Just that
No internet just On the entrance. Bad breakfast include.
Near to the railway station and bus to airport. Very clean sheets towels etc and nice staff. The beds were very comfortable. The lady in the breakfast room was very amenable in letting us take something for the following days breakfast to eat on the train as we had an early start.
The noise! Traffic honking horns! No fruit or ham/cheese for breakfast. Bath odd and very small! some of the furniture was old and falling apart! It could do with refurbishing.
The WC came from the arc, it had what looked like a colander sitting over the pan, there was a square sit in tub a shower head (nowhere to hang it), no shower rail or curtain, add to that no water so that I had to rinse myself with the bottle of water I'd just bought and you've got the basic's of sanitation. The next day the lift didn't work & from then on I was waiting for the next disaster. The worst however was yet to come... being woken up at 4.09am in the morning with the tenant next door getting beaten up because he couldn't pay was frightening. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Vito was very nice helping us select the correct room
There were bed bugs in our room which the hotel should be aware of
We needed to be near the station so location was perfect. Person on the front desk was helpful. Decor noisy and the street was very noisy.
Close to Termini station - that's about the only good thing about it.
When I just arrived, the clerk at the reception was talking to another guest and was quite rude! The room is absolutely not worth 71 euros! The toilet is inside the shower, so if you take a shower, you'll have to use the toilet 5 cm deep in water. The room is very small. The walls made of paper - so you can hear people in the corridor. Thank God I had to stay 1 night only.
It is helpful to state my real experience to prevent other people from making my mistake again. Rude receptionist—ask customers to wait while he was chatting, refuse to answer us questions(actually he didn’t even listen to us); poor facility condition— really old and cheap furniture and ancient toilet; no wifi in the room(we had to do surfing at the reception like almost everyone else was doing) and broken shower drain (water running all over the floor, impossible to shower). Overall, it was the worst hotel we lived during our European journey and we learnt a lesson— Read commends on Bookings!!
Vito, one of the receptionists, was charming and very professional. Good size room for Rome standards, with plenty of useful furniture in it. The gentleman house keeper was very helpful.
Lack of wi-fi in the room. No savoury alternative for breakfast. No safe in the room. No shower in bathroom, only a bath (which has seen better days) with shower head.
Close to the station
Very close to everything and metro
Room above the desk is very loud with traffic noise.
Close to station
1. We should pay for Air Condition and therefore I have used Fan instead 2. The Price is too expensive as compare to the unit condition
