Everything but location
noise in night
Location very handy for station and reasonable distance to main tourist attractions.
Not overly clean bathroom area and an insecure electrical socket in the room was a concern. Only one light above the bed worked. Daughter found a used drinks bottle under bed too.
The locality of the hotel and the helpful staff
Everything was OK. Room clean, staff very friendly. Very close to the Termini station.
Very close to the station (5 minutes walk), within walking distance to some of the sites eg Trevi Fountain. Basic but clean and perfectly serviceable.
Location was great price was good.
Room did not look like picture on the website. Very small.
Good location near the station.
The family room was extremely cramped and definitely not comfortable for a family of four. No ventilation and we had to pay 10Euro extra for the aircon for the night. The bathroom was very very small. It consisted of half a bath with handheld mixer and no room to move. The breakfast was included, but skimpy. The waiter only put two croissants out at a time with 10+ people in the basement eating area, while he indulged in chocolate croissants behind the counter! Only bread, corn flakes and a sad excuse for coffee. Luckily we only booked for one night!
Poor breakfast, low quality of the facilities
I went there after travelling in some countries of Europe it was our last stop and it was the only hotel where the reepcionist took the time to explain us a bit of history when we ask for a map to visit some places, the location can't be more convenient in the center and close to almost everything, the staff is very nice and friendly, the room is very nice and clean, I liked it a lot!!
Air condition is good.
The bathroom are too small, wifi not available in the room only appear at lobby, breakfast are awful.
It was very central, the staff were excellent very helpful!!
The bathroom was in need of a little tlc and wifi in the room would have been good!
not clean. bit a lot
Staff was nice Good price Location is very convenient and safe during night Bathroom was nice and clean with hairdryer Cleanish and Spacious room
Wifi only in lobby Every day same breakfast - only sweets and pastry
Would like to say thank you for a litle brakfast at 4am to take with us!!!!
Very near from the Termini Station. A good option for backpackers who don´t look for luxury.
Location, close to station & sights.
Coffee not good. Telephone didn't work. Ceiling fan noisy.
The staff and location was great. Breakfast was good and on the whole the hotel was a comfortable rest after trekking round Rome.
There was a shelf at head height (if sitting up in bed) just behind your head. This made the first room we were offered unusable as my wife had a cough and needed to sit up to sleep. The second room had the same shelf but slightly higher so we managed. The small lift was shared with the hotel next door which made it a little busy at times.
breakfast was very poor
Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Location is perfect.
My room was very dark and walls should be painted.
The breakfast wasn't bad.
The location was not central and was rough and scarey especially at night.
The only reason to this hotel is that it is easy an access from Termini.
Needs major upgrade; no shower drapery. Noise from the street.
Location was near the train station.
I did not feel 100% safe staying here as a solo female. Window looked onto an internal courtyard that was filled with work materials. The room was pretty depressing.
