Este foarte aproape de gara, de unde se poate ajunge foarte usor in tot orasul sau chiar in afara acestuia, aproape de centrul vechi, aproape de obiective turistice importante si foarte usor de gasit. Personal dragut. |

zona in care e amplasat hotelul constituie un avantaj; in rest, din pacate, doar pentru dormit repede si iesit la plimbare din nou... inlocuire mobilier, obiecte sanitare (dusul functiona, dar apa nu avea presiune buna - pana la etajul 4...- oglinda din baie mucegaita, raspandind un miros nu tocmai placut...) |

Apropierea de multe obiective turistice Am platit 3 nopti de cazare cu cardul(30.11-1.12;1.12-2.12;2.123.12),dar in seara sosirii am fost anuntati de compania Wizz air ca zborul de intoarcere din data de 3.12 s-a anulat, si avem avion doar in 2.12 ora 19,50.Nu s-a putut negocia restituirea contravalorii pt o noapte de cazare,mai ales ca nu a fost vina noastra,pt ca am platit cu cardul.Ni se pare nejustificabil!!! |

When I arrived the hotel staff provided me with excellent info about rome, including a map and marked on the big sites as well as the best public transportation options for each one. They were very helpful with all questions. |

the breakfast was actually more than sufficient! i expected something really bad from last reviews but in fact it was ok! our room smelled like hell! we did not stay too much there but the only thing they did was to put some deodorisant all over the place which disapear within a day... |

It was very close to Termini metro station. Family room Room 310 was good size, but bath-shower tap did not work. Water dribbled out. Not a proper shower, you had to stand in the bath and hold the nozzle. Linen very basis and old. Moved to room 320 after first night into 3 bedroom room and they put in an extra fold out bed for our 2nd child. Proper shower this time, but drain was blocked and it flooded the tiny bathroom. Shower sliding doors kept falling off. Reported shower to reception and they unblocked it. Mold above shower walls and wall under window in main bedroom. 5 out of 9 light bulbs in room did not work. Bfast very basic, rolls, coffee, tea, jam, butter, cordial for orange juice. Lucky to get croissants or pastry if went down early otherwise did not replenish. |

Room is clean and spacious for a quad room. Should have a shower curtain in the bath to prevent splashes during baths and thermal flask for hot water in the room. |

Hotel staff were cordial and the hotel is good for its cleanliness and good break-fast.Location is good near to center of the city.This hotel is best for staying with family for its catagory and price. I will recommend this hotel for my friends to stay when they visit rome. Being in center city morning we can hear some of the noises of the traffic. |
