The Hotel Altavilla boasts a breathtaking view of the quiet and beautiful center of Montefiascone, a town dating back to Etruscan times in the Lake Bolsena area. All rooms are bright and elegant and well equipped with modern facilities. A conference room for 60 people is also available. Excellent local food is always combined with the legendary Est!Est!Est!!! wine, which is so good that, as the story goes, a dignitary of Emperor Henry the 5th, particularly fond of wine, drank himself to death in Montefiascone. La posizione è ottima per visitare montefiascone,bolsena, bomarzo e civita di bagnoregio. I posti da visitare sono incantevoli,quasi fiabeschi.L'hotel è in una posizione ottima,molto pulito e accogliente.Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo!!!

La hall ha un aspetto delizioso cosi come la sala colazione. La colazione non prevede la colazione americana ma é sufficientemente varia e con do dolci fatti in casa. La posizione é ottima per visitare montefiascone, bomarzo e civita di bagnoregio. Il personale é molto disponibile e cordiale. Aperto h24. La camera era carina ma piccolina e il bagno piccolo con I servizi disposti alla meno peggio. Biancheria pulita in compenso.

L'espace, la déco bien à l'italienne " un peu moderno-néo- romaine" juste le kitch discret des années 90, classico-luxe de loin, plutôt modeste-pacotille de près,mais se tenant bien à cette ligne- là. Bien entretenu, présence. L'eau chaude et le chauffage qui a attendu le soir pour arriver.

Le aree comuni sono molto graziose e curate L'arredamento della camera, davvero easy e le dimensioni minuscole del bagno: si fa fatica ad entrare nel box doccia perchè è letteralmente attaccato alla tazza del wc

L'accoglienza del proprietario, che ci ha suggerito anche dove mangiare una splendida focaccia, la stanza grande e pulita, il silenzio, il bagno grande e funzionale. La doccia è enorme e sarebbe comodissima, se non fosse che non ci sono nè la tendina nè il box e, quando la usi, si bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno. Peccato, perchè è veramente la doccia più grande che abbiamo mai visto! Quando abbiamo fatto colazione, invece, abbiamo notato che sia il cappuccino che la cioccolata, fatti con la macchinetta automatica, sapevano d'orzo, ma forse quello era un problema temporaneo proprio della macchinetta.
