The location is very well, good public transport to the center of Venice and to the international airport.

No, good value for money

The room was basic but had all you needed. The breakfast was good a lot of choice. It was really good value for money. It was near a regular bus service into Venice. The staff were friendly and helpful.There was a very good pizzeria quite near the hotel which was full of locals.

It was a bit difficult to get into Venice due to the tram works which caused diversions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when we arrived late at night and the next morning finding the bus to Venice. The room was a clean and the washroom was a good size with towel warmers! And the breakfast was nice as well (cold meat, cheese, yogurts, croissants, etc).

We stayed at this hotel for its price and its proximity to the airport - about 3km - due to an early morning flight. The receptionist was helpful upon check-in, offering us directions to walk to eat at a nearby restaurant. The place was not fancy - but nice and clean - not bad for the money.

In the early morning, we missed the bus to the airport. In part because the night receptionist led us to believe we could catch Bus #15 right outside the hotel. In reality - that stop is about a 10 minute walk. We came back and the morning receptionist called us a cab. We asked him how much it would be and he said - at this hour - I can't be sure. It was 6am on a Monday morning - yeah right. He was buddies with the cabby and complicit in gouging us out of 20 Euros for a 3km cab ride. When you price this hotel for yourself, be sure to tack on an additional 20-30 Euros to the price if you need a ride to the airport. I wouldn't even trust their shuttle that supposedly runs between 9am and 5pm.

Nice rooms and pleasant staff

I was charged 10 Euros because I did not deliver the electronic key to the front desk. I left the key in the room in the slot to activate the lights. As my taxi was coming, I did not have time to retrieve the key. The hotel owes me 10 Euros

Very handy to buses, laundrymat and internet cafe all things you need when travelling. Was only 15mins by bus from Venice but not overrun with tourists, we felt like locals

The location is nice and central, 3 metro stops from Acropolis. Staff speak english very well and go out of their way to assist you. Omonia square is a bit dirty, but İ never felt uneasy anywhere İ went, the Greek people are kind and willing to help when they can.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Decor was homey. Easy bus ride (1.10 Euro) to Marco Polo Airport.

Noisy room, very few restaurant options in the area.
