Shower was good. 1. There was no air conditioning leaving opening the window as the only means to get fresh air. With the window open the noise from the street below was unbeareable...2-cycle motor cycles, horns blowing, people yelling, etc...THIS Was a very uncomfortable hotel!!! (2) The elevator is old and needs maintenance (it "jumps" at every floor it stops at.) |

Central, in the best part of town. Clean, friendly. Excellent breakfast in a lovely breakfast rom. Coffee is indeed very good. I'll be back. |

Good location, adequate room. free internet. There was paid parking on the street outside but the staff did not tell us that you could buy a daily voucher from the tabaccaio for 10 euros. The hotel could sell vouchers. |

It was very close to Piazza Vittorio and the rest of the city centre. The hotel staff seemed "annoyed" by us coming back late at night and waking up too late-On the sunday one of the cleaners called the room at 3 o'clock complaining she had been waiting for us to get up so she could clean the room. |

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is located near the historical center and near a carpark. It would be wiseful to explain how to go from the autostrada to the hotel : there is map but explanations in words are useful. |

Good location, friendly staff, pretty dining room in the Art Nouveau style Tourin is not exactly a very exciting city, but that is certainly not the hotels fault:-) |

The location was great; the room for 3 persons was very big, with 2 bathrooms very clean and well equipped. The room also contained a little kitchen and a large terrace. The furniture from the room was a little bit old. |

Situation excellente pour visiter le centre ville à pieds. Au moins 2 chambres à ma connaissance 601 et 602 en duplex qui permettent d'être avec vos 2 ou 3 enfants y compris ado (1 salle de bain à chaque niveau) et petit coin cuisine équipée. Excellent! |

La comodità rispetto al centro della città e la disposizione degli ambienti in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Il vicino parcheggio. L'accoglienza da parte di un componente dello staff (la persona che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo). |

Emplacement pour découvrir une ville pleine de charme. Bonne insonorisation. Bonne configuration de la chambre. Parking a proximité. Gros problème d'humidité dans notre chambre 504 avec odeur désagréable, tapisserie abimée qui se décole, baignoire avec rouille. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain ont besoin d'un raffraichisement. Ascenseur vieux et petit. Petit déjeuné anodain. |

Camera abbastanza spaziosa, ben pulita, colazione discreta. Hotel centrale, con facilità di parcheggio pubblico a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Caldo eccessivo in camera nonostante la chiusura del termosifone. |

la ubicación la habitación 204, muy pequeña, la moqueta vieja. La calefacción no funcionó ningún día apesar de habernos quejado tres veces. No hubo ningín detalle por parte del hotel para compensar el frío sufrido |

Éramos tres y tuvimos mucha suerte con la habitación que, aunque el acceso era por un pasillo "auxiliar", estaba muy bien. Tenía dos plantas, con sus dos aseos y una cocinita que hubiéramos aprovechado más si hubiéramos ido en plan "háztelo tú mismo". Recién reformada. No especialmente. La ubicación era muy buena y eso se agradece mucho. |
