Hotel Amadeus  

Very nice hotel with good location.

Canaregio is a location with much better deals than San Marco. The staff are friendly considering how busy they are. Breakfast is very good like at most 3-4 star hotels in Italy.

Expensive. But maybe all hotels in Venice are.

The hotel is very close to the train station. This is very convenient since it is advised to park your car in Mestre (12 euro a day) instead of Venice (30 a day). Train ticket from Mestre to Venice is eur 1,20 and a lot of tourists do this but have to carry their bags for long distances over bridges etc. The hotel is very close to the train station and is perfectly located for trips around the city. Hotel staff spoke very good English and are really friendly. Breakfast is nice and sufficient. Hotel is very classic and a bit rough around the edges. Also clean and rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, good selection and well presented.

Wifi only available in the reception area and you had to pay for it

I liked the fact that it was a short staying (just one night). The staff was fairly kind

I was in room 102: small, with peeling walls, no view from the window. Neither the room nor the breakfast were what i expected in a 4 stars hotel

It is a nice, clean and well located hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast room is great.

Although it is a nice hotel, no doubt about that, I believe its level does not correspon to a four stars hotel, especially with the Spanish standars.

Poorly patched wallpaper, detached wallpaper, flickering lights, most lights were turned out of their sockets when entering, no ability to get tea in the room, difficult to shut out light :requires usage of old shutters, no moving curtains to get to the window. Smelly room, damp bedding, shower usage will cause guaranteed flooding of bathroom. Hotel in general disrepair. Old antique furniture looked nice but not really usable.

Great location, you can tell it is an old building but in Venice everything is old ;-) Great breakfast... Just look for the good deal, we paid Euro 160/ night- wouldn't pay more..

AC didn't work, we didn't need it but I can imagine how it could be a problem on a very hot day. When you keep your windows open you hear noise from the street. That is it.

Próximo da Estação Sta Lucia, a menos de 5 minutos a pé. Quartos antigos, porém bem decorados e conservados. Banheiros amplos e funcionais, bem limpos. Café da manhã com bastante variedade.

Unico porém fica pelo sistema de ar condicionado do quarto, que quando acionado, exalava odor.

Su ubicación y la relación calidad precio.

O Café da manhã é muito agradável.
