Useful location (near Railway Station and Bus stop). Good quality of service. Very good friendly stuff. We stay in this hotel three times and always good experience. Good English breakfast, but without fruits and cheese |

They gave me a very big room. Breakfast is not bad. Close to train station. Room decoration and furnitures are nice or maybe even antique, but also has a rather antique smell. Bathroom lighting is not enough. |

- location was ok: very close to the trainstation (2 min walk), many vaporetto going to san marco and other islands during the whole day and night and, also, close the bus station (especially good for leaving to the airport very early in the moring); the area is a bit less crowded than san marco area; few restaurants arround the hotel opened until arround middnight; breakfast at the hotel was not... - room and bathroom very small, the bed was smaller than a normal double bed; the furniture was kind of old; the hotel had 2 parts that didn't communicate with each other, the one we stayed in had a very small and smelly elevator (the other one looked ok); the hotel smelled like old; it shouldn't be rated as a 4 stars hotel. |

Location next to the train station is great and at the same time located in the touristic area, also near the water bus station. The smell of the tiny elevator was very bad, now we beleive the comments of other guests. Breackfast was poor but still its ok we are there for vacation, priority was cleanless and location. |

Clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good location for getting to from bus depot and railway station. The room did not have Tea and coffee making facilities. There was no bar in the hotel. |

The service was incredible. They had no problem holding our bags after we had checked out, which was a lifesaver when you need to walk around Venice for a day and don't want to have to schlep luggage with you. The staff was incredible, absolutely amazing people. The room was breathtaking and we had three private balconies for our room. Absolutely not. The price was fair, the service was incredible. It was right in the center of Venice. You couldn't ask for anything more perfect. |

Sin lugar a dudas, la ubicación, pero sobre todo, la habitación (era la 402), con vistas a toda la ciudad...me pareció increíble. En cuanto al personal del Hotel, muy amable y correcto. Lo demás, es muy mejorable. Como les he comentado antes: hemos echado en falta:1º) Información en idioma español, 2º) Ausencia de wifi para dispositivos privados, les puede quitar interés de demanda a ciertos segementos de clientese 3º) Información personal de alternativas a los clientes de varios días, como fué nuestro caso. Hubiera venido muy bien y siempre se agradece. Y por último, en cuanto al desayuno, lo mejor el café, pero el resto un poco "pobre" de oferta y poco variado. Gracias por la posibilidad de poder comunicarme con VDS. y poderles dar la opinión sincera. Carlos Elizalde. |

Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage, im venezianischem Stil eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Zimmerdecken, gutes Frühstück, auch mit Rührei und Speck. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Liegt in einen der Hauptpfade durch Venedig und nicht abseits, vor der Tür gleich reges Treiben. Folgt man der Strasse, kommt man nach unzähligen Bazarständen und Geschäften schnell zum Markusplatz.Auch nicht weit weg vom Parkhaus. Wir mussten nur ein Brücke mit den Koffern nehmen und dann kurz gerade aus und schon waren wir angekommen. Man braucht also kein Wassertaxi oder Vapuretto oder ähnliches. Gerne wieder. |

Esta muy bien situado. Lo unico es la obligacion de aparcar tu propio vehiculo en un parking o alejarlo ves a saber donde,,, aunque la ciudad por su belleza hace menor el impacto economico que ello te deriva,,,,,,,, |

La situación, cerca de la estación de trenes y de autobuses y con un entorno bastante agradable y cercano al centro. El hotel es de 4 estrellas pero la verdad es que más bien le corresponderían 2. El ascensor es excesivamente viejo y pequeño; a demás la primera noche llovió y teníamos 2 goteras en la habitación y la bañera estaba atascada. |

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la posizione dell'Hotel è ottima per girare la città. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo nell'eventualità di un altro viaggio a Venezia- Abbiamo apprezzato la cordialità del personale e la pulizia della camera un pò meno però la vista. |

Está bien situado, sin estar en pleno centro de San Marcos, pero a una distancia razonable, y en medio de una zona de tiendas y muy vital. El ascensor enmoquetado del fondo, deberían cambiarlo porque desprende mal olor. |

Très bien placé dans la ville puisqu'à deux pas de la gare et de la station de bus-bateau. Il faut demandé des chambres coté cour car c'est très calme. Le service et le personnel sont impeccables.Petit déjeuner très correct. Odeur sur les moquettes de l'ascenceur |

Su ubicación, muy bien comunicada y cercana a comercios, restaurantes, vaporetos... y sin el bullicio de San Marcos o todo el centro. El ascensor estaba muy sucio y viejo... menos mal que estábamos en la primera planta. |

ci è stata assegnata una stanza veramente scadente, e solo dopo le nostre lamentele siamo stati spostati in un altra stanza accettabile, ma piccolissima, nella quale non vi era neanche una scrivania. a mio parere l'hotel non merita assolutamente le 4 stelle, e lo sconsiglio vivamente. |

The staff is rude and the rooms are not particularly clean. I am sorry this hotel has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel, except for the price. |
