Die Empfangshalle, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Im Badezimmer ist bei der Dusche, keine Duschwand bzw. kein Duschvorhang, daher Überschwemmung im Bad nach dem duschen! |

Die Zimmer wurden täglich gut gereinigt. Die Lage mit dem Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe war sehr gut. Es gab keinen Duschvorhang. Es gab nur Süßes zum Frühstück, kein Brot. |

closeness to the Central Railway station and the bus stop where busses to the Malpensa Airport depart from Despite I indicated a non-smoking room as my preference I was placed to a room smelled like an ash-tray. And there was an ash-tray in the room so this room was definetely for smoking people. The staff could have been more attentive to the clients' wishes posted during online reservation. |

It was relatively cheap. The breakfast was not good. The head waitress at breakfast was like an angry school teacher, barking orders in Italian even though I couldn't understand them; extremely rude. Most of the hotel staff spoke virtually no English. The air conditioning was too cold and could not be adjusted in the room. It could be turned off by calling front desk, but not turned back on! |

easy access to the Central station, very central for all areas I was very disappointed when a number of our guests had equipment taken from there rooms (straighteners and iron) whilst we were out , to be told by the reception that it is for health and safety reasons, it would have been far better for them to explain that we were not to use them rather than rifle through our belongings and cause ill feeling whilst we were there, not enough seating at breakfast |

Helpful and friendly reception staff. Position close to .Milan Centrale station. Large spacious room and bathroom. There was a very strange unpleasant smell in the room. Advertised as having air con but this was not switched on during our stay. Breakfast was meagre. For instance, one day they ran out of croissants by 9 am. There was no chese or cold meats which you would expect from a continental breakfast. Italians are very noisy and as the hotel is situated on a busy street, take your ear plugs. |

The location was convenient for us even though we should have opted for a nicer neighborhood some tubestations away. The breakfast was rather sad, only wrapped little things, the staff reluctantly filled up the buffet.Generally unpersonal feeling, the staff could have been more on the smiling side the evening receptionist was very nice though. |
