It's near to the train station The person on the desk wasn't nice, no smile, no welcome (next morning another one much better). The hotel looks not good inside, it urgently needs restoration, the room itself very depressed. It gave also not a clean touch. It's only an entrance -3 stars, everything Inside - max.2. Only to stay for a one night.

The staff is quite friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and the room was very clean The rooms need redecorating and walls repainted. Most of all there was no central heating and the room was very cold.

Perfectly close to Milano Centrale station. Breakfast was included and wake-up call service was available. Room was pretty run down. Stained walls, lacked the clean hotel smell. Just fine for the price, but nothing special.

The staff is very helping at all the times, the hotel is very close to the central station, metropolitan. Perfect combination of price & quality. The bath room needs to be little bit more better but the rest was Ok.

I really like the location, and I stayed for 2 nights in non-consecutive days. Hotel gave me a triple huge room in the 2nd night I stayed! It's noisy on the street and you can even hear neighborhood snoring! Another complain is the internet, it was not working the whole week and the hotel should have fixed it! It caused a business man trouble from not be able to check emails!

They had very nice and comfortable roms and it was very close to the central station. We had to leave very early in the morning so it took us just a few minutes to go to the central station on foot The breakfast was poor in variety and quality
