It was relatively cheap. The breakfast was not good. The head waitress at breakfast was like an angry school teacher, barking orders in Italian even though I couldn't understand them; extremely rude. Most of the hotel staff spoke virtually no English. The air conditioning was too cold and could not be adjusted in the room. It could be turned off by calling front desk, but not turned back on! |

easy access to the Central station, very central for all areas I was very disappointed when a number of our guests had equipment taken from there rooms (straighteners and iron) whilst we were out , to be told by the reception that it is for health and safety reasons, it would have been far better for them to explain that we were not to use them rather than rifle through our belongings and cause ill feeling whilst we were there, not enough seating at breakfast |

Helpful and friendly reception staff. Position close to .Milan Centrale station. Large spacious room and bathroom. There was a very strange unpleasant smell in the room. Advertised as having air con but this was not switched on during our stay. Breakfast was meagre. For instance, one day they ran out of croissants by 9 am. There was no chese or cold meats which you would expect from a continental breakfast. Italians are very noisy and as the hotel is situated on a busy street, take your ear plugs. |

The location was convenient for us even though we should have opted for a nicer neighborhood some tubestations away. The breakfast was rather sad, only wrapped little things, the staff reluctantly filled up the buffet.Generally unpersonal feeling, the staff could have been more on the smiling side the evening receptionist was very nice though. |

the carpets were old and worn, the bed tiny, the paint on the walls worn and marked, the water in the washbasin smelt of petrol - altogether a very poor experience |

Hotel got a great location and good rooms.But unfortunately reception is forgot to arrange us a service taht we told them before thats why we are almost missing our plane it wa terrible time for us early in the morning. |

close to central station peak time at breakfast, no place to sit. with max. 10 tables, you have to wait till someone finishes breakfast. Capuccino you can better drink at real milanese bar! much better. |
