Staff, location, price and breakfast
Beds were o.k. but require better pillows
Rooms big enough and clean. Staff was very helpful. Close to everything, great restaurants within walking distance. I would go back for sure
Pillows thin and hard,
Very friendly staff. Very clean. Helpful staff. Free room safe.
Toilet slightly blocking access to the shower, which might make it difficult for an older person to access it, as well as a risk of slipping.
not much room between toilet and shower
Location was good & staff were able to guide in english. We could leave our luggage at the concierge
Room was dingy Gave us a twin bed instead of double Bathroom was also dingy & dark & not cleaned properly
We arrived in Rome by train and the hotel was an easy walk from the station with our luggage. Also, could hop on the metro at Termini station so getting around was easy too. Only stayed 2 nights but found the hotel to be very clean. a bit noisy during night with other guests banging doors etc. Our room was on 3rd floor so not much noise from the street below. Yes the lift is tiny, but we only used it to take our cases upstairs, after that we used the stairs. If stairs are a problem for you then the lift will certainly do the job perfectly well. As with a lot of hotels in Rome the room was quite small and dark ( due to shutters on the window that could be opened) but had all the facilities needed. the same was true of the bathroom, quite cramped but had all the equipment needed for our stay. Breakfast was quite varied with the usual cereals, fruit, yoghurt, meats cheese, pastries, juices tea and coffee. Check in and check out were easy. Overall a pleasant stay.
The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but that is just down to personal preference !
A very friendly hotel.breakfast was very easy and nobody was rushing you just helped yourself to tea and coffee and the choice of food was good.we will certainly go back.plenty of hot water on a morning for the shower.
Good sized room clean and staff polite and friendly and helpful-*overall a good hotel and location handy for railway station
Easy to find from termini ideal for 1/2 night stay. If staying longer go central rome
The location was excellent and the 24H reception was very useful for us as we arrived late on a Friday evening (1am).
It's a bit expensive for what you get, but then again that's the case everywhere in Rome.
Lovely, friendly little family run hotel. Rooms small but good spec and very nice, spotless. Triple room only about 90 euros per night which was great for the 6 of us. Location great for colosseum, forum and station. A little further afield from other tourist sites but you would have to pay very much more to stay near them and walking/taxi/metro all good options.
Nothing - we went back for a second night on our way back from hol
The hotel is very friendly, professionally run, and perfectly located. From there you have just a few steps to the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, and only a little more to Forum Romanum, Colloseum and many other interesting places. It is very clean, and the breakfast is reach. The room are nicely furnished. There is an air-con and wi-fi. We really felt there like at home.
Good location. Staff really friendly and helpful. Organised taxi from airport for us. Spotless modern rooms. Good value for money. Would stay here again.
Small hotel about 1km from the main train station. Convenient if you are travelling through Europe via rail. Friendly staff. Small rooms but fine as a base. Weird very long flat pillows that are not very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good in the breakfast room. Would stay there again.
One small issue was when we asked to have a 4 seat table for breakfast, so the family could sit together. The waitress was fine but the manageress/owner?? (not sure) was a bit put out by our simple request (there was room) and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to train station and close to excellent restaurants ad gelateria. Ten minutes to the Forum.
great location, nice staff, good breakfast.
rooms too small.
Good location close to Termini and easy walk or transport to everything. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast and helpful staff across all shifts.
We stayed here on our way south and liked it so much we came back before heading home. No complaints.
Location is good
Room is too small for a triple room Bath room and toilet is too small Water flow in the shower is so low...not satisfactory
Excellent staff, friendly and easy to talk to, they have me all details need it when I asked to go somewhere.
Not much no to like
The room was very small.
Breakfast and staff were great.
Tiny room and bath; Extra tiny elevator. Noisy street at night and had to leave windows open for air.
The location and friendly staff. Great breakfast too.
Nothing at all.
Facilities, very small rome, you cant feel comfortable while you are in the room because the noise of the ladies cleaning and moving around... I didn't like the breakfast.. They don't have toust breads... All in all it is very expensive comparing to it's level...
Perfect location, friendly staff, clean room, good wi-fi connection, pretty comfortable.
narrow corridor, poor breakfast.
great location; very responsive and helpful staff; nice design and nice rooms; hotel more than 3 stars!!
everything was great
