Overlooking the sea, the family-run Amarea is set in the village of Canneto. Lipari Island's longest stretch of volcanic beach is 165 ft away. Clubs, supermarkets, and restaurants are available nearby. This small, intimate guesthouse offers bright rooms with a balcony, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Some rooms have views of the sea. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. Breakfast is served in a bright dining room, and the guesthouse also has a small lounge area. Bicycles can be rented on site. We initially booked for 2 nights but Canneto & the hotel were so lively we stayed for 5. The hotel collects you from the port and you are given a warm welcome. The young girl working at reception is so helpful and accommodating, she really goes above & beyond to help. We required a late check out as we caught an evening boat to Napoli & we were able to check out at 4pm which was so good for us, it meant we could enjoy a last full day at the beach before having a shower & packing up. The beach is a 30 second walk from hotel & you are able to get beach towels from the hotel. Breakfast is full of fruits, cereal, pastries, eggs & toast - a perfect spread to start the day. We have been travelling through Italy for 3 weeks now & this has been our pick of places - look no further you have found the perfect place for your stop in Lipari. Wifi is also available any time. Clearly we enjoyed our stay here!

The best was the friendly staff, who helped us in any possible situation!!! We got a room with sea view even we didn´t booked it - for free! The location is also perfect - just a stone throw away from the beach. Very nice and clean rooms and the best breakfast we had at our italy trip! Thanks to Monica and the rest of the Amarea crew - we would love to come back!!!

It was nice enough, located 50m the pebble beach in Canneto. Free collection & drop off to port. Local bus runs frequently into Lipari town so easy access to shops & restaurants as not much in Canneto. Difficulty getting fresh towels after 2 days into our stay..I Asked twice and my husband finally asked but got only 2 fresh bath towels! Breakfast wasn't great...Canneto is very quiet so we had to go to Lipari for evening time, dinner & drinks etc.

Big room, great staff, good breakfast, close to beach, modern decor and can really enjoyed our stay. Sound proofing could be better but not any different than most Italian buildings. Parking is difficult everywhere on Lipari. Noisy dance school across road.

The rooms are nicely furnished, clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast is good, the espresso was included. The staff were really helpful and treat their guests with their heart. They speak in good English: I was able to arrange my excursions from the hotel. Amarea also signed contracts with a few restaurants, which are a good deal. You can also rent a scooter to ride the island (the hotel can help you with it). It's a better stay since it's quieter than downtown lipari and only about 2 minutes walk to the beach.

La réception adorable. Le batîment pensé et décoré avec goût. La situation, à Canneto, 2 minutes en bus de Lipari, dans un petit village charmant. La chambre vaste, confortable, avec balcon. Le petit déjeuner, varié, frais et copieux. Le possible transfert gratuit en taxi jusqu'à Lipari. Poste internet accessible. Tout était vraiment parfait.

Disponibilità, cordialità, pulizia ed efficenza, a due passi dal mare con un comodo servizio navetta da e per il porto di Lipari. Ottima posizione con i più importanti servizi ( farmacia, piccolo supermercato, bar) a due passi. Ottima colazione

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo piccolo ma ottimo albergo. La camera era ampia e arredata di recente, come il bagno. Perfetta la pulizia e gentilissimo il personale. Colazione semplice ma con buone torte e brioches. La spiaggia di Canneto è a due passi, lo abbiamo scelto soprattutto per questo. Un comodo autobus permette di arrivare a Lipari in dieci minuti. Magari cambiare succo di frutta. Qualcosa che gli assomigli di più :)

Vicinissimo al mare ed a tutti I pricincipali servizi (supermercati, fermate bus, poste, ristoranti etc. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, le stanze sono comode e molto pulite. Consigliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da ritornarci per le prossime vacanze !!

Siamo contentissimi di aver soggiornato all'hotel Amarea..Anche se non molto grande è un hotel graziosissimo, nuovissimo e ha delle camere molto spaziose e pulite. Sono rimasta stupita dalla cordialità e gentilezza dello staff..soprattutto di Monica e Alessia. Lo consiglio a tutti e spero di poterci ritornare presto!:)

Lo staff dell'hotel è gentilissimo, camera spaziosa, ottima la pulizia, buona anche la colazione. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per le escursioni alle altre isole perchè vicino al porticciolo di Canneto (raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi); per il porto principale è sufficiente prendere I bus che passano frequentemente ed in 5 minuti si arriva al centro di Lipari, la fermata è vicino all'hotel. La doccia era un pò piccola e il water perdeva un pò d' acqua facendo lo scarico.

La cordialità è il punto forte...l'hotel è a due passi dal mare (praticamente attraversi la strada) e ben collegata al centro di Lipari (7min di autobus) Consiglio: chiudetevi la porta a chiave...nelle mattinata potete ritrovarvi la signora delle pulizie che vi apre la porta :)

L'hotel è molto carino, vicino al mare ed ai servizi utili (supermercati , farmacia, noleggi barche-scooter ecc..) il personale è cordiale. Camere grandi e pulizia ottima. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente ottimo. Buona la colazione.Consigliato In vacanza non si hanno orari da ufficio, quindi svegliarsi alle 8.30- 9.00 e prepararsi valige e tutto il resto per il check-out alle 10 del mattino non è proprio il massimo (specialmente se la sera sei tornato alle 3.00) !!! Magari sarebbe meglio organizzarsi per far lasciare le camere qualche ora dopo, intorno alle 12.00 come fanno ormai tutte le strutture italiane e all'estero.

Vicinanza al mare, supermercati, ristoranti,negozi. La camera era grande e luminosa,mi e' piaciuto l'arredamento essenziale ma elegante, la colazione e' stata abbondante,ho mangiato una crostata di fichi fatta in casa davvero buona, e la cosa piu' importante e' la navetta che ti viene a prendere al porto il giorno di arrivo e ti riporta al porto il giorno di partenza.Il personale e' stato molto caloroso ,sembrava di essere a casa con tutte le nostre comodita'.

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff.Ottima posizione ideale sopratutto per accedere alla spiaggia direttamente a piedi e per le visite alle altre isole con imbarcazioni in partenza direttamente da Canneto.Squisito il ristoranate convenzionato con ottimi piatti a prezzo davvero contenuto e con navetta per a/r. Consiglio una varietà maggiore per la prima colazione.
