very friendly staff. we had everything we needed. location was only 10 minutes away from venice using the bus that picked up and dropped off directly outside the hotel. also there is a supermarket right next door for snacks and drinks or anything else needed. breakast was good. |

We book a jacuzzi suite (last day of honey moon) and we got a no jacuzzi

I liked very much the clean roomes,it is a very nice hotel. I didn't like the atitude of some reception people.And also of the staff from the restaurant.Not polite. Also I didn't like very much the breakfast becouse I do not eat porc. I there was only porc meat.N |

Friendly staff, room decor and comfort very good, food & restaurant service excellent and location for visiting Venice was perfect. No decent alternative restaurants in walking distance so had to use hotel restaurant or use the car. This would have resulted in losing our parking place outside the hotel as there are not many places for such a large hotel |

Everything was excellent, I just wish we could use free service for internet. We walked from the bus station to the Hotel and we were afraid of the location. However, it was a great location to take the bus to Venice. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, as we arrived extremely late in the evening and were still greeted by a porter who carried our luggage to our room. A double room was specifically requested, however, we received a twin room where two single beds had been put together. |

-good location to go to Venice by bus. very good breakfast, bed and air conditioner.-most of the staff are friendly. -less good location to go to Venice by Train which takes around 15 minutes by foot to the railway station.-the batch room and toilette is too small, and even worse, the water goes to the room downstair after our bath.-didn't expect they even charged the one-way bus ticket they had offered(in total 2.20 euro) which I thought should be free. |
