The only plus, is the location. The rooms are depressing. Who designs a room with dark brown walls? There was no chair to sit in. They had two block-styled footstools, but nothing with back support. The breakfast was horrible. I never had bad cheese and bread in Europe until I went to this hotel. We left 2 nights early and found a better hotel. |

Very relaxed atmosphere and we had the best meal for the whole of our time in Italy. The staff were professional yet very friendly.The facilities were good and the close location to Venice made it very convenient. |

The hotel is well situated for easy and cheap access by bus to Venice and its splendours. It iswithin easy walking distance of the railway station for trips to other cities such as Verona and Milan for the more adventurous.It also provides easy access to the Airport bus service to both Treviso and Venice Marco Polo, as well as the shops, bars and restaurants of Mestre. Staff are friendly and attentive and the food in the restaurant is of a high standard. |

The staff were friendly and helpful,also the breakfast was lovely and the waiters were very friendly. The room was clean and it was nice to have air con because it was 30c outside. Our evening meal was tasty and a good price. The bus to Venice was just outside the hotel so that was easy. |

Everything was perfect. Very helpful staff and a good position for Venice. The bus was just opposite and took just 10 minutes to Venice. Would definately go back to this hotel on our next trip to Venice. Great value for money. Exellent breakfast with everything fresh. |

I requested a better room for my honeymoon trip, and they really upgrade a luxury room to us free of charge, really greats! Breakfast is good, receiptist is nice. Actually I made a mistake to find a hotel near train station; Venice has 2 train station, one is Venice S.L., which near the sight seeing; and other is Venice Mestre, near 10mins train to Venice S.L. And this hotel is in Venice Mestre. Moreover, it need 10mins walk from the Mestre station. So if you don't want waste time for travel from Mestre and Venice S.L., don't recommand this hotel. |

Personel is really nice and helpful. The internet access is limitless and free. Nice breakfast (sliced fresh orange, kiwi and strawberry, 4 kinds of fresh fruit juice, a bunch of meaty stuff, etc.... - really nice). My computer's power cord was incompatible with the Italian sockets so they gave me an adaptor. size of the room was little small, but useful and nice. it was fine for me -- Odası biraz ufaktı, ama lüx ve kullanışlı, ben rahatsız olmadım |

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was a good variety of items and service was excellent. The location is very good for day trips to Venice. The shower was a bit small. We were also given the wrong information on a bus to the hotel which required us to walk about 3 miles at 11 at night. |
